Offer Tcredits or some other awards for our downline guys will surely encourage them to approach more people to get into our business as every people, they are not even ready to pay a single penny for anything before they fully confident on the issue. My PSAs were not ready to sign up before my assurance that you were no need to pay any money for this business.
Awards are always give an upper hand for the people to contest for our new era.
Award system will be duplicated to their downlines,when they will be a team leader later.
