Great question!!! I was a part of several contests that my up-line members organized. From my experience, I know I was trying real hard to get into first few places..was working much more because I wanted to win..at the end I won and received a really nice prize, and I must tell you that that boosted my confidence!! I was really happy to win, but also it is nice when you know that there are people here who are welling to help you even to reward you for your hard work!!
