How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

ECAs you refer to TripleClicks are also the part of your team so in every step of their growth, they require your valuable advice and guidance.

An ECA with some products without customers is like a closed shop with some junk goods. To avoid this, you should prompt them to list some items which are always in demand and can be sold internationally rather just domestically at reasonable prices.
