I have found that it is a great way to get everyone involved and earn prizes that is going to help them anyway in the long run. Think of it as you are guiding them in the right direction. Also another great way to get everyone to do what they are supposed to be doing in order to succeed is to set up a free co-op that any one can get into just as long as they get their EA status. I have only a month worth of experience but I have 308 people in my downline and they seem to be reacting very well to my contests and to my co-op.
