As with most things that require personal effort, it depends.
Some will see the value in getting down line with no effort and run with it, yet some will still do nothing. Noticing the trend of signups to active affiliates, most are just going to do nothing. Adding the somewhat to very active affiliates to a co-op can turn out good for you.
Again, some will still not respond positively to any of your efforts but trying is the only action you can use to find out!
