SFI is a very simple business but majority of our downline get so overwhelmed with what they see.A lot feel its time consuming when you have to read too much material.Others perceive it as too slow in making any serious money so they lose interest.
It is always best to stick with the basics. Explain to your downline in clear everyday language so that even a newbie can understand how they can get the most out of SFI.

I understand that getting downline members to understand SFI seems to be a simple task but actually difficult to tackle. But here are what I think are possible solutions:
1.) First of all, tell your downline members that SFI is not a rich-quick scheme, hence, they don’t expect to earn much overnight.
2.) In order to be successful in SFI, they need to invest time, efforts, patience and perseverance to say the least.
3.) Tell them that communication is a key element in SFI. But before

Don't over complicate it, just give them the MAP:

Minimum Action Plan (MAP)

1. Become and remain an Executive Affiliate (EA)
2. Find 5 to join you
3. Teach them the same

Back in 2005, I called it my "Green Thumb Approach"... but still the same 3 steps.

Here's an excerpt from one of my 2005 training pages for those who try to make SFI into rocket science when it is really only 1st grade science:

Getting down line members to understand SFI and what to do is not a problem. The problem is that so many are in desparate economic need and are looking for a quick fix. There is no quick fix except maybe hitting the lottery! Besides your odds of making $100,000.00 in SFI compared to the odds of winning the lottery are far greater.

So the key to helping affiliates understand SFI is to connect with them in the first 24 to 48 hours. If you fail to do this, it's going to be an up hill

Communicate with all of your downline members on weekly basis regularly. Motivate them by offering Gift Certificates on their achievements. Members who respond, pay special attention to them. Work with Movers, using simple and easy means:
1. Use Skype, talk & explain to them all Launchpad lessons and SFI Basics one by one.
2. Make things easy, take easier things first, explain to them, avoid complications, once understood then move to next.
3. Whatever learned, let them do that

There are three important things that I do to make sure my PSA's to understand SFI.

1. Reach out to them as soon as possible after they sign up. Send them a personal email that shows them you have an interest in their success in SFI. Let them know that you are not going to bombard them with emails, but send them only valuable information that gives them the important information they they need to succeed.

2. Send them to the Launchpad!!! In that initial email encourage them

Hello, First Direct them to their Launchpad.
Second. Tell them to go to the affiliate center, and click onto the to-do-list.
Keep reminding them to collect as many versa points as they can, because they are equal to income.
Remind them to keep pushing for their Executive Affiliate position, because that is a higher income status of coarse. A standing order, this is most certainly a shoe in for the EA position.
I think if you can convince them of these things, this will get them

Keep it as simple and easy to understand as possible. Don't overload them with the total picture. Tell them to stick to the basics and not try to read all the information contained on their SFI website. Many try and are soon lost or overwhelmed by the information found there.

I tell my team to do the 'To Do List' and the Lauchpad. They can also gain much with SFI basics, but should go no further in the first few days.

Make it a custom to go through SFI Basics for whole of your team. Ask the downline members something regarding what they went through, discuss openly with them. Make them understand how to work at SFI and ask them to go through SFI RULES OF SUCCESS. Ask them to use all the on site materials to increase their knowledge regarding SFI. Be ready to solve all their quarries whenever they feel so.
If you feel they are less interested in SFI, increase their interests with your rewards or by some attractive
