Getting your downlines member to understand SFI is very simple. Whenever you have a new PSA, make sure that they read the 30-day launchpad thoroughly, by telling them to ask you questions daily on what they read.

If they are asking questions, you're doing great. This means that they trust you enough to allow you to help them. So tell them to do the SFI Basics and just do four easy steps. Also the red tabs will guide them to do everything they need to, and it's very important to read all the e-mails from you and from corporate. They need to absorb as much information as possible. Tell them to do each day what they can, but not to get discouraged if others pass them by. Their education is the most important

I find that the best way to make sure your downline members understand SFI and what to do is by sending them a series of emails spread out over a given time period where each email explains a certain portion of the overall SFI program and then the following emails explain step-by-step, in order, what to do.

If a downline member is interested in building a business with SFI this strategy usually gives them a good basic understanding of the purpose of the program and helps get them started

By the request of one of my team members, I created a PowerPoint presentation (that I will send out in PDF format) that I will probably start sending to all new Affiliates and also to all who request it.

What I did was suggest that each Affiliate starts out by filling out their Profile and creating their goals. Then I suggested that the first tab to review was the Goals tab, because we have great goals.

After than I did my best to outline the use of VP, talked about the Ranks,

Those things are proven. But only if the person wants to be in the SFI game and to be successful.
1. Put the words Simple for understanding;
2. Be online always and open for every kind of questions.
3. Discuss opinions with the other person;
4. Do together with your team member the Launchpad /if he/she wants of course/;
5. Teach and show in practice SFI basics.

Good luck! Don't give up if a problem shows. Resolve it.

Keep it as simple and easy to understand as possible. Don't overload them with the total picture. Tell them to stick to the basics and not try to read all the information contained on their SFI website. Many try and are soon lost or overwhelmed by the information found there.

I tell my team to do the 'To Do List' and the Lauchpad. They can also gain much with SFI basics, but should go no further in the first few days.

I do two things.

One - Right away, day 1, I want them to learn all they can. Helping them Qualify, gets them educated. Note the links are live in my email. I send them the following email:
Patrick,
I thought it would be helpful if you knew some good points to “gather” right away.
You can qualify for the company Executive Pool easily. Once signed up and signed in go to your SFI Affiliate Page (www.sfimg.com) and earn these points free.
