There are sample letters you can use to send to companies but one has to be really careful because you don't want to misrepresent SFI due to your wording; I suggest you check with the SFI support team for corporate guidelines.

Inviting businesses to join the ECA programme needs to go through a process.
The first step should be

1 Contact the CEO/Business Owner introducing yourself, give the basic concept of the ECA Program, inquire if they would like the details.

2 Follow up with a letter using one of "SFI example letters" and include flyers and trippleclicks website details

3 Follow up with phone call.

The overall process rather than just the letter is what

I would say a good letter is one that first grets the people your writing to and then you express your concerns. You tell them how you feel about SFI.You say that you want them to see how well we are suited to accommodate them and their product or services.

Here's a good letter to send to prospective ECAs and be sure to attach your flyer with your contact information.

I understand that you sell 'electronics'. In today's global marketplace, 85% of retailers have e-commerce sites to sell their products and services 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. As you know, there are costs involved to maintain your e-commerce channels. There's the content management, programming and design, customer service, distribution,
