This is a good question. The badges are important in the sense that they are elements of recognition of their work. We sometimes work hard in establishing the foundations of our company SFI. All these actions can pass into oblivion, but the thing that can sustain them, are the badges. Badges are better motivators for ourselves and for our downline. The badge is a gift or a certificate of recognition for the work we have done. Who can say that he is not happy to receive gifts or tokens of recognition of work he provided? In my case, I am more than proud when I see my badge below my photo. The joy I feel when a new badge is added to my collection is priceless. I am happy because I know that when my affiliates to see they are also proud and they are also motivated to turn. To be honest SFI leaders had a brilliant idea to implement this system of badges.
