You should first learn how to blog, and get yourself a proper self-hosted WordPress account. You need to know what your blog will be about, and who you are writing for. Write in your native language, and don't try to sound like an expert, even if you are one. Write so that people can feel comfortable reading about you. Pick a topic that interests you. Your subject should be something that you can prattle on about for days, and not get bored with it. Unless your intention is to have a private members-only blog for your downline, your blog should be about you and your interests. Keep the business stuff off the front page.

Set up a simple Google Adsense account, get Google and Bing analytics, learn how to submit your site index, and get your site crawled. Also, you should learn about using auto-responders, and general web marketing concepts. Don't forget to set up Facebook, Google+, and Twitter accounts. Pinterest may also be applicable, depending on your blog topic/niche.

At some point, people will start to click on your ads for SFI, and some of them will actually sign up. Since you used a tracking code, you will be able to identify which ad the people signed up from. These people should become your closest allies in SFI, since they got to your blog through a common interest. You can look at setting up a members only section of your site, or adding a forum for your downline. You can even set up a seperate sub-domain for your group. Get some PLR or MRR materials and put them in your members area. You can find some good ones in your TripleClicks store, so that means you can set an example to your downline.

Creating a blog site or a plain website is a very ambitious way to get the word out. For a blog site you want to blog about personal experience within SFI, the pros and cons that you have found, obstacles you have faced and overcome, and then promote SFI and TripleClicks. You could talk about what a great business opportunity it is and how even those who have little to no income can still join and start to build their business. When promoting TripleClicks in your blog you could talk about "a place where their are over 3,000 different venders selling more than 60,000 products". This is my approach and then of course I always compare this to ebay to get the avid ebayers interested in checking it out. There are hundreds of other things you could post and promote on your blog but I would start with basics so that you don't overwhelm your readers.

Every day, thousands of people search the internet for information. However, many of them run into information "overload". Just try going to Google and search a phrase like "make money online".

1. Start with a free blog service such as WordPress or Blogger. I use both and find Blogger is really working well for myself. Try to post once a week regarding some aspect of SFI (TripleClicks, becoming an ECA etc).

2. Next, you will want to submit your site to the main web directories. I have used Directory Maximizer at http://www.directorymaximizer.com/seo-friendly-directories.php They provide a list of website you can use to submit your site FOR FREE.

3. See if the blog service you are using will make a sitemap for your blog site. This will ensure your blog gets fully indexed.

4. Participate in online business networking sites like Linked In, eCademy and SoFlow.

5. Make sure that is is easy for your readers to bookmark your blog on social sites. There are many free services to do this.

These are just a few ideas of many I have; however, it will give you a great start.

Any time you use your blog to promote any thing, whether it is something you want your readers to join or buy, your first goal is to build trust. While the upward potential for profit is infinite, it is not a get rich quick scheme, It takes time to build the trust you need to get good results. The first thing you need to do, is give useful advice. Every day, or at the very least every other day, post in your blog. Every post needs to be on topic, and bringing a point that helps your readers gain knowledge about the topic. After every post, go to technorati and ping the search engines. That helps you gain readers. Another way to gain readers is put the blog on rotation in a couple of Traffic Exchanges. Then, after you have gained trust, you can put in an ad. You should have a picture in your blog of yourself so readers can see you are a real person. This is called branding.

Blogging is easy when you treat it as you would when talking to your best friend. Be very honest. Do not over-promise. Share your own success story not that of someone you do not even know. Keep your blog short and to the point (for the guys). Add something "cute" do not tell lies, and be personal about it without btagging (for the girls). Or to put it in a nut-shell: Be REAL and add to your blog twice a week.

Personal blog is powerful tool to promote your online business in our case, SFI.
#1. First thing you have to do is quality content.
#2. Provide your blog with banners (Sales, Sponsoring, Pricebenders, TC Gift Cards, ECA Program, SFIPPA...)
#3. Provide your blog with text ads
#4. ?nrich the content with video marketing
#5. Advertise your blog anywhere to get traffic(social network, e-mail, website advertising, forums, exchange traffic program...)

Another approach you could take would be that of a 2 or 3 times a week diary of what you are doing with SFI. This way you could talk about TripleClicks, Pricebenders Auctions, ECA, the opportunity to sell your used items, the "games" at TripleClicks, and also the SFI opportunity. Often if people read about what you are doing and your results they will be interested.

This way you can also use different links according to the topic you are discussing.

If you have a WordPress type blog, you may want to add banners for
SFI, TripleClicks, etc. to your Pages section of the blog.
When folks visit your blog and check out the information they just
may be tempted to visit the Pages section and see what is available.

Also, you could add some of the smaller banners to your sidebars (if
that is the style you are using) under Appearance and then Widgets.
When the Widgets section comes up then just click and drag a text bar
to the side (where the advertising, about, and more information is).
You may add a title or not, and then in the box available add your html
code for the banner. Be sure to Save your information and close. Then
be sure you view your blog to be sure the banner looks O.K. and if the
banner is too big for the side bar then just go through the same steps
and add the html code for a smaller banner or maybe a more oblong one!
