We just ran a free ad on Ebay with a link to the ECA page. There are many places you can advertise for free that get wonderful attention such as Craigs List. Do a little research. I found a ton of free advertising resources on a Squidoo blog someone wrote called promoting-your-website-to-millions-of-people-for-free and used some of that info too.
