Also a modest advertising budget ($20-30 per month) to help them recruit new PSA's will help them. Ive tried local papers which have been good but there are numerous online places to advertise. Try some SOLO ads! Alterantively they can use TCredits at the Auction to bid for PSA's and CSA's (but get them to read the auction rules CAREFULLY first so that they dont blow their budget!
