Setting goals in SFI is very important as it will serve as reference as to how much work you have already done to stabilize your business. By dissecting your set goals into smaller objectives, such will enable you to determine the steps that you need to take with its corresponding requirements. From that end, you make it clearer to yourself how to go through your way towards accomplishment of your set goals.

Setting Goals for me, is to know the answers on the questions,at first, why you are doing SFI ......

Setting goals in your business means making you ,and your business real,it determine your work,your capacity,your dreams,wishes ,your personal life now, and in the future.

If you don`t have answers,no goals, you are wasting your time somewhere, nowhere....

Having goals , having answers , means you know where you are going with your business, and wherever or whatever it is, you will control the path,to get there.Reaching goal you are reaching success!

Goals are final destination, motive for successful business,for another new goals ,always for more.....

Settings goals means-You are the creator of your business , your life!!!So, set up your goals,to be successful in SFI !!!;)

Although I see many answers are given already, I feel I must add my two pennies worth:
We need goals in all aspects of life to avoid drifting from day to day.
I personally find the SMART goals most helpful and love the fact that they are now part of the daily tasks. They help me stay committed and focussed and find that they do prod me into action daily!

Goal setting is important in all aspects of life but especially in your SFI business. More importantly, you need to set realistic goals so that you can succeed by taking baby steps while maintaining motivation and accomplishing what you are ultimately seeking.

Not having goals is like getting into a car without knowing which direction to take or an air ticket without destination. If you want to know where you're going to get, you have to know which direction to take. Every business sets its goals in the short, medium and long term. If goals are not achieved, strategies must be changed. The important thing is that these goals must have dates and be realistic.

I equate goal setting as serious dreaming. Dream Big and dream often. Think about what your life will be like when you have achieved success with your SFI business. Think what it will mean to yourself and your family when you are making a steady income.

This will be an exciting day and will be worth the effort to get there. Remember this is your business and your dreams. Don't let anyone discourage you. People that discourage are usually jealous because they aren't doing anything of worth.

Setting goals is like doing inventory in a retail store or business.

You keep Tract of what items you have, what items you are out of and what items you are getting low on.

Goals are the same thing. Are you making enough money?. Do you have enough new people to sell the items to? If not how many do you need.

In what time will I need the new or extra items to arrive at the store or business.

In life you do not want to be without anything that makes you successful just like a store!
