As a sponsor you take responsibility and always suggest him Right way like For VP.

If your any PSA short 1500 vp in any month so you can suggest him 1 Tcredit, 1 tcredit = 102 VP.

1. By setting Co-op and see to success of that Co-op
2. When the Sponsor find his/her success by success of downline PSA/CSA.

Great question. First, one cannot succeed ALONE in SFI.

You MUST have a team.

Not just a any team though.......
What good is a team that is out of sync or does nothing.

So you hit the head on the nail. A team with true sprit and focused on SFI.

The best way to accomplish this is by YOU and what you do and how you do it.

You do everything for your team like you want your team to become.

You show:

*Determination
*Motivation
*Persistence
*Focus
*Willingness
*Perseverance
*Understanding

You treat you team like no tomorrow. You educate them, you award them, you always show incentives.
Long story short, like people will attract like people and like people will duplicate like people.
Do this and you will succeed in building a team of spirited affiliates who worked together to meet a common goal.

That goal being SUCCESS.

Word of caution. You must lead because you WANT to do lead.. If you are not yourself then it will be difficult.

People see through ones trying to be someone they are.not. This is not you or you would not ask the question

To stay in contact with your downline and to tell or show them the perks you have received and let them know that a about a half hour a day everyday they will receive the same. That if going to be on the internet anyway you should always go to your business first and stay on top of your business to be at the TOP.
