What are some methods to attract ECAs in areas where many do not yet trust online businesses?

This question comes in time for me as I’m planning to start my ECA referral. Some traditional businesses might still be reluctant to establish their presence online.

Where to start?

I have my favorite local stores for buying goods and services. Since, I’m a regular customer, I will hand an ECA Brochure to store manager or if the store manager is not available, I’ll hand the brochure to the check-out clerk/store employee. Ask her/him to deliver it to the owner on my behalf.

You have pointed out one of the perfect question. Yes I understand that people at many places still do not trust online business and hence, do not like to be a part of. But trust me friend, ECA is one of the exceptional among these. Just let me tell you how can you convince them in some ways.

1. Lead by example: people love following which is already done successfully by others. So before telling them to be an ECA, just open your own store and start selling products. You do not have products?

This is a tricky question. First find out why they don't trust online businesses.

1) Ask:

- What have they tried so far?

- Have they lost a lot of money and time?

2) Agree:

There are a lot of "so called opportunities" that just don't work and don't pay them what they promise. They cost money to join and some even charge a monthly fee to continue, upgrade, and so on. It never ends. You keep dishing out money and feel like you've been

You will find people that don't trust online business no matter where you live.

If you get wave 3, you'll have several offline marketing methods that work to attract these types of people. Just hand them a business card. Or pass out flyers or put the bumper sticker on your car. There are so many ways that you can use the business tools that SFI already has in place. The telephone works as well. And there are even some phone scripts you can use.

Key question, congrats!

1. Teach by example. If you own an ECA it will be easy for you to speak about your experience and to share your knowledge. People will listen, but only if you are sure in your own words.

2. RISK FREE. Let them know that they are not risking anything if they try. Explain that they will have their own web shop without any investment! What they will gain? Easy way to develop their own business and a paycheck every month.

In my view, distrust is built-in into many prospects, whether they are your target ECAs or just affiliates or target members of tripleclicks. There are many scams pertaining to online businesses, you know. As such their distrust is understandable.

How to erase this distrust? That is a major problem, to which there aren't any easy or quick solutions.

One thing you have to do is to explain the facts about SFI's online business, particularly, how genuine everything is about tripleclicks:

There are two types of people who may not have trust in online business; those already in and those not already in. So it will be necessary to look around yourself and further from yourself when you want to attract ECAs.
They say charity begins at home so look within your downline if you have one because with the benefit of hindsight, I have discovered that some are not aware that they can list their unwanted stuff for cash and also if they have a physical store, they can register as an ECA.

In my own opinion, I will look at this as a problem, identify the cause and provide solution.

One of the best methods to me will be to build the peoples’ trust first. Find out the reason why they do not trust online businesses. Where they have misconceptions about online business, I will try to change their conception and where the problem is misunderstanding, I will provide adequate explanations and clarifications.

Many don't trust the internet because they don't understand how it works for good. So to answer your question the best way to overcome ignorance is with knowledge. Sometimes knowledge is gained by experience and other times it can be learned from mere observation.

You can always use the marketing resources provided at TripleClicks. But if the person is not receptive to such marketing aides then you must allow space for them to learn how having an ECA store on TripleClicks can explode

There are many people around who are not much interested or believe in online business.

I think the best way is to first approach the small business owners who want to increase their business on a bigger platform. Ask them they are selling their products online or not. Then you can provide your opinion that you would be delighted if you could sit at home and purchase their products and when they seem to value their opinion you can approach with the ECA program.
