Peruse the Yellow Pages or the equivalent for small businesses around your area then contact them either by phone or by post but be knowledgeable about the programme because some will definitely request for more information. At a point you may need to physically visit these targets where it is practicable to do so and remember you have to be professional both in appearance and attitude.
