i) Personally acquire the knowledge in which area you want to cover and share them to the new ECAs.

ii)Provide them our free website for listing their product with free and tell them that it is totally free.

iii)Contact them by using various Telemarketing tool.

iv) By using a door-to-door method i.e if your city has a business district, you can go from business to business dropping off ECA literature.

v)By using direct mail you can send various information to the interested groups to become a new ECA with free.

I am not sure what you mean by 'areas', but I guess you mean COUNTRIES.

If you were talking about countries and regions, I know exactly what you mean because I live in a country where online business is relatively new and people are extremely suspicious about it.

An idea: tell potential ECAs that being among the first will mean having the cutting edge. If they are the first online, they can reach a market that their competitors are neglecting - local modern generations , plus all the possible international customers.

Although you will not say it directly, try to convey 'you snooze, you lose' - The early bird catches the worm.

Then give them your eca link, card, brochure, whatever you have for them to look over. I think you should first contact the someone you know.
Explain to him that there is nothing to be lost just to be in profit.

This way you will easily get the first the ECA.

When you contact others to join as ECA if they do not trust, then you already have the ECA which you can show them an example.

Once others see that you already have someone who advertises on TC as ECA, they will have more trust and they themselves would want to join.

Usually people are suspicious when you offer them something new. But when they see someone in their environment that they accept the offer, then they, too, want to try.
