First of all, it's very difficult to even know who is confused because they either do not reply to your communications or their replies are so short and truncated that they tell you nothing.

If they have 0 VP they are not confused, they are not interested.

If they have at least one vp and have not logged in since, they saw something they didn't like. Try to contact them and see what is wrong and resolve it.

If they keep starting and stopping, they might be confused. Try to resolve this.

Since most of the SFI training is not confusing and most affiliates have good sense, then if you feel that your team is confused, take a good look at what you are doing and projecting in your written messages. Take a look at your welcome letters, your Leadership Page, your Best Tip, and your selection of and wording of the e-Cards you send out.

Use one of your weekly messages to hold a mini seminar and cover the main points that may be confusing to your team. Cover duplication as one of the items. Remember people duplicate what they see and hear or read. It is up to you to tell them what you do. They can't see your ledger or your genealogy nor yours scoreboard. Don't show them, give them hints so they can do it, too.

the fastest way to build a team of SFI affiliates is to buy them and treat them like PSAs, writing to them, hoping they will write back, and buying some more. But this team is very weak, unwieldy, and won't function as a team, let alone a successful team.

Our goal is not to build a large shallow team with only PSAs, even 100's of PSAs, It is to develop a tight, compact, team of active affiliates who are making money through sales, and developing downlines who are also active, making money and growing in size because or good prospecting skills.

We get that by forming relationships, using reassignments where they will work the best, training how to train and recruit.You have to be unselfish and give up some of your PSA's and CSA's Give a boost to those who need one.

By helping others you will begin to see them begin to succeed and begin to help others.

We have two types of downline: the ones who will buy from TripleClicks and the ones who won't. The ones who won't buy really have no available cash, still have doubts about SFI/TC, or don't understand how to buy. Then you have the ones who will buy once they see the importance of buying from TC.

Make an outline of what you need to say to your team and then break it up into four or more separate subjects and write weekly letters based on each subject. Don't push but be firm.

I suggest:

1) The benefits of buying from TC
2) What you have found to buy and how you found it; how to use the TC searches
3) How to set up an account and payment method, and also how to place an order
4) Explain transfer buying, show them how to use the Wish List, and get them excited about buying their gifts from TC or giving Gift Certificates
5) The differences between business expenses, transfer buying, and shipping costs as a business expense

This is good for those who will buy and those who need help understanding how to do it. Those without any available cash can be taught how to pick up some spending cash by redeeming collected pop bottles, doing a paper route, helping a neighbor, etc. They need to be taught to target this extra money for the purpose they set for it, not letting it get sucked up into their general fund. If they want to succeed in this business, they will find a way.

Those with too many doubts to invest their money need time to get to know the business better. They will either come around or quit. Don't push them but always answer what you think they need to know.

Ask for feedback in every letter and offer to run them through their first purchase, then give them a $2 Gift Certificate to either buy one TCredit. Put a 5 or 10 day expiration date to hurry them along. If they don't use the Gift Certificate, you will get your money back.

Continue to give product reviews when you send your weekly team mail and ask them to send you their reviews.

For a well-rounded business that will give you much success I advise that you eventually do both local and global. While it is easiest to buy a share of S Builders or to buy PSAs, there is no guarantee that they will produce active PSAs. Although they will give you experience working with the Genealogy and writing lette3rs, etc.

The first thing you should do after getting to intimately know the business is to form some kind of plan for growing your business. Whether you start local or globally, I would emphasize the local Campaign.

Why? Because you will have more control over how it is run, and how your local team functions. The local list of prospects is not as limited as some want to believe. It not only includes your friends and family, but also the people in your area, and those outside your area within the radius of how far you are willing to drive to meet with them.

It also includes the businesses that you frequent, and those that you have not frequented in the past. Again this includes those that are within your driving distance, and those that are where you like to visit or vacation.

The goal here is to not only build a local group, but also to refer local ECAs that will supply those PSAs that you bring in from the area. More locals buying from more ECA = more commissions for you.

If you are well respected, begin with friends and family. If not, begin with strangers. I'm sure you have many possibilities in each group.

You will not be able to get your friends or family interested in selling TripleClicks products. They don't like the idea of selling anything. I don't know why most non-salesmen or women think they are not giving reputable deals when they sell something and do it at a profit. The fact is most people won't buy if they think they are not getting a fair deal. So if a sale was made, both parties probably got a fair deal.

But selling TC products for an SFI affiliate, like doing a favor to him, will not bring much of a profit for their labor. The affiliate only gets 45% of the Commission Volume which comes from the 15% of the price that is given to TC from the ECA at the time of sale. So even if you offered the whole profit, your friend or relative won't be interested in selling.

But if that friend or relative were to join SFI, he would be earning VP. That's still not enough profit to interest him.

Going through the whole Plan with him might be enough to grab his interest especially the part about leveraging time and money.

But he still may not want to sell the products. What will grab his interest is having his dreams full-filled. You need to find out what he wants out of life and show him how he can get it by doing SFI.
Help him build his dreams so big in his sight that he absolutely has to have them. Take a small dream and help him add to it. Take one dream and find its sister dreams. Take his insecurity and build his confidence. "If the dream's big enough, the facts don't count."---unknown.

As a beginner in SFI, you should be able to follow the letters, and videos, the START, SFI BASICs and all that is on the TO DO List. It is presented in easy to understand English and we have translators on each page. The instruction for setting up your e-Mail, profile, photos, etc. are fairly easy and pretty complete.

But you have to do the reading, slowly enough that you can comprehend the material. And not get so impatient that you won't learn. You can do it all yourself. You don't need a sponsor to hold your hand throughout the beginning process.

And when you do have a question, there are many places to find help, upline, Forum, ASK SC, Help Desk, search, sponsor, co-sponsor. Try your sponsor first. If he can't or doesn't help, then go to the others.

But it is nice to be able to have a relationship with your sponsor. A business partner/friend sort of relationship. This is where it becomes more important to have a sponsor. At first your team is rather small and inactive. Your sponsor's team is probably larger. Even if he has only you and one other active PSA, it is larger. Therefore the group he is leading is larger and he can do more with his team than you can at the moment. And you can learn from him how to lead your own group when it has grown like he leads his.

For example, he can sell or give away shares to his advertising co-ops. The more people who put money into the pot, the better the advertising can be, and the better the results for all share holders. He can lead group recruiting meetings bringing together members of his own team and their invitees and present SFI to them. He can organize advertising campaigns for his active PSAs to help with.

So, while a sponsor can start out as a teacher/leader, he can turn into a true business partner which is more valuable.

No matter how helpful your sponsor is, remember the responsibility for the success of your business is you. Not your sponsor.

You have several advantages if your family supports your SFI/TC business:

1. The encouragement you will get from their approval will take you far when fighting the road blocks that you will come to when building a business such as this. As your family asks about the business or just listens to you as you tell them all about what you are learning and facing, and achieving, they will pick up on and add to your excitement and joy.

2. As your family sees you progress, some will want to help you with parts of it, and others will want to join your team. Your spouse and children living with you cannot join, but they can help you by:

A. Using the products from TC that you buy and buying their own products from TC..
B. Telling their friends about the products.
C. Helping with advertising from placing ads, passing out x-Cards, posting bulletins on
public boards.
D. Talking about it on social media.
E. Wearing SFI/TC advertising clothes.
F. Helping man a table at flea market, job fair, or public place.

If your family does not support your efforts at SFI/TC, then you will have a harder time of it. At the very least, they will just ignore your efforts, not give you any encouragement, and not even let you tell them about it. What will you do if they refuse to use any of the TC products. If their hearts are hardened, they will mock you and maybe even talk about you to what would be your warm market. You never know when someone will ask your spouse what they think about it.

At this point your house might become a war zone.Don't let this happen.

You must keep in mind the importance of your family whether you are a child in a family, the parent of a family, a partner with someone, or part of a big family clan. My church teaches that we rank in importance 1) God, 2) Family with our self as part of it, 3) business/work and everything else is less important.

So, while SFI is important, we should not belittle our families by ignoring them, giving them no time or attention. Be considerate of them, include them in as much as they will allow. Do not force them into a bad feeling for your work.

Where will you be if you make fistfuls of money but your family has abandoned you?

An open house is generally an informal affair with food being served and friendly light discussions. People expect to be able to come, relax, loosen up, and enjoy themselves, and then leave without having to remain to the very end.

If you are planning to use an open house to introduce your friends to your SFI business, you must keep the above in mind.

When sending out invitations, in addition to telling them the hours of the party, you must also tell them that you want to show them what you have been working on lately.

When planning the open-house, keep in mind that SFI is based on duplication. Do not throw such an elaborate shindig that those in attendance will not be able to copy you. If they can't, they will decide that your business is too expensive for them.

Talking about expense, you must get all the bang for your buck from this Party. You will be supplying food, drink, and information. Plan your menu to include food and drink that you purchased from TripleClicks and the ECAs. Mention to your guests that some of the food and drinks came from your new business and that you actually get paid for using them. Have xCards, brochures, etc available to hand out. Wear the advertising shirts for SFI, TC, the games, etc. Use the shirts that you have, but are not wearing, as flags, banners, or chair covers, etc.

Display as many products as you can. Be sure that you have TC Direct health and beauty aids in the bathroom and the cleaning supplies under the sinks. And not just pristine clean, full bottles, either.

Do not invite too many people at a time. Keep it simple enough for you to be able to briefly talk with each person there.Don't haul out the computer and give them the whole program. Do that at their private meeting. As I said, keep it brief, don't tell all you know. Make him want to hear more and then set up a meeting with him and his spouse.Excite them both at the same time, get the momentum rolling early. They can sign up as a couple, or one can sign up and the other help with the work.

Whether a guest displays interest in SFI or not, be sure to contact each one and do a follow up. Ask what they think of your neew business, do they have any questions, if you can show them more. If you can't sign them up as affiliates, then go for the gold/silver/green and try to sign them up as a customer.

Keep it all low, key, no pushing. Keep it professional, from the decor to, the foo,d to the discussion. Always be positive. Answer questions immediately and direct. Be worthy of their trust should they sign up as your PSAs.

While you may see purchases from your TripleClicks Members, PRMs, earlier in their membership career, you will benefit from an active PSA to a much greater extent.

Your PRMs joined because they were curious about what TC is and what it sells, or they read an ad for a certain product or game. They may or may not ever buy. They may buy once and then again they may buy often. But you only get a commission when they buy. There are no residuals.

With a team of active PSAs, in time you will have a team that keeps on going even without so much help from you. Those you have sponsored, taught, and encouraged will be doing that to their PSAs and so on. The matching VP will continue to surface into your shares of the Executive Pool and you will have residual income for the rest of your life. That's what affiliate marketing is all about.

Continue to advertise for TripleClicks Members, but concentrate on adding SFI Affiliates and training them to duplicate yourself..
