Suggest to them a PRODUCT that has mass-appeal and quick turnover.

If someone sells ONLY ONE piece a week in the shop, the motivation level is likely to drop.

When - after joining on 28 June and getting to EA in 3 days - i achieved
the BTL status for July without as much as breaking sweat.

i was ONLY doing what was required and, in the end, just "topped it up" -
bought 1 TCredit and a couple of 10 TCredit packs - sufficient to reach
the BTL qualification level.

Maybe the only difference was in my mindset:
i looked at it as AN INVESTMENT in business rather than an expense that
was "at that moment" not looking very lucrative or even profitable.

Rest, as the saying goes, is history.

My advice to any budding STARS IN THE EYES BUT FEAR IN THE HEART type of
recently joined member is to follow in my footsteps; e-mail me and i will

get those 1500* Extra Versa Points.

That said, the SFI system is so designed that there
is a NEED for you to DEVELOP A NETWORK of CSA/PSA's.
30 points/week to use the Genealogy Messenger would
be a pointer & so would be the need to PURCHASE from
Triple Clicks in order to shore up your points kitty.

You can also try to SUBMIT BEST ANSWERS here but that
is most obviously not everyone's cup of tea.

As i must have mentioned definitely in my blog, "if i
can, you can do it too".
This also serves as a reminder to me to mention another
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT, one of maintaining your very own
Leadership page.

Best wishes and my sincere salutations for demonstrating
that rather uncommon "Go, Get it" ATTITUDE.
HAVING SUCH AN ATTITUDE might be THE 1st Thing in my list

To welcome them to SFI, the MOST IMPORTANT thing, i believe, would be to
tell them about the importance of the 500 Fast Track Versa Points & the
IMPORTANT part they could play in the New Member becoming a first month
Executive Affiliate.

Then only should come the regular stuff about how persisting with their
efforts can be the KEY TO SUCCESS rather than the false notion of every
get-rich-quick aspirant that SFI is a magic route to overnight riches.
Here, it is important to spell out the ACTIONS that can help one retain
their EA status for second month running with reasonable ease.

The initial success coupled with the already friendly guidance available
at SFI is likely to encourage a new member who has already been enthused
by the smooth start to make honest efforts in the coming months as well.

Why do you suppose someone will spoonfeed anyone who clearly
does not "make the grade" in making a sincere effort ?

Would you do it ?

Secondly, do not ever be afraid [ or shy ] to *ASK !
Even my silliest queries get answered - if not by the person
i approached first, certainly by the LAST ONE [ ... could be
the 37th for all i care ;-) in the world ].

Get my point ?

People the world over are brought up with similar "values" &
"beliefs" in as much as they "want to be recognized" - but-
"will not take the risk of doing what is beyond average and
hence acceptable".

Therein lies the SECRET of SUCCESS...
Those who never do anything BEYOND average, they stay average.

Have YOU done ENOUGH to "achieve your goal" ?

"to get your Sponsor/Team Leaders to respond to you"

Why do you want to FIND one ?
Why not try a little harder and CREATE one ?

Set a goal which you sincerely believe that ONLY THE BEST WILL BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE.

Then put your heart and soul into achieving that goal even if your friends, others
or even your subconscious mind tell you that it is impossible or "very difficult".

Some sage has wisely said : SUCCESS is "a lot of hard toil put in towards realizing
one's dreams".

i am fairly certain (am speaking from experience ) that you will end up surprising
a lot of people, yourself included.
To narrate my experience - i had set my SFI goal for 31 December 2012 as Top-200 in
My Country & TOP-500 Overall when i became a member on 28 June 2012.

i do admit to being pleasantly surprised; but, i worked REALLY HARD too.

There can be no RULE OF THUMB as such but ask yourself these 3 questions:
1)
Is there a GOOD DEMAND for the product that is marketed by the company ?
2)
Can they deliver it easily & quickly through courier / by post ?
and
3)
Will they be able to afford the 15% ( that is the SFI minimum ) margin as
their in-built cost while still competing with their brick-&-mortar rivals ?

Answer YES to all three and you have THE REPLY... go ahead & mail that ECA
postcard. THEN, follow it up aggressively & ADD TO YOUR PASSIVE SFI INCOME.

or would you much rather "be turned away" ?
