Good Sponsor is a Great Gift but, To build a successful SFI business, there is no need to rely on a sponsor. In general, most of the successful leaders in SFI do not have a Great Sponsor.

Your success clearly depends on your own effort. You sponsor can only guide you the best way to walk but, you are the one who needs to walk through that road. Rely on your sponsor for the doubts you develop while following your path. And if you are lucky to have better up line other than sponsor,then you do not have to rely on sponsor for this at all.

Besides, what is the need for sponsor to clarify your doubts and show you path; as there are amazing and experienced members in Forum who are always willing to help?

A good question in the sense that We must know how to maximize our profit from the business. Bronze Team Leader (BTL) is perhaps the first step towards a lucarative profit in SFI and Hence, we must be aware of its benefits. let me tell you what you can do to maximize it

Duplication: This is the most important key to maximize your earning at any level of Team Leader. You have to teach your team members how to recruit new and efficient PSAs under them. This will increase your matching monus VP and you can get a huge money with no effort after one initiation.

The benefits of a BTL can be maximized by mazimizing EA2s and TLs in the generation from 1-6. If you can get 40 EA2 in these generations then you can generate atleast 100000 matching VP (Usually comes aroung $50). So, more the number of EA2 you can increase you will be more benefited for doing nothing.

Being a BTL, you can also receive matching VPs for the points generated by your CSAs. So, I would also like to suggest you for playing in auction to win bunch of new CSAs who can really give a big share to your earning.

SFI provides almost all kinds of marketing tools we need to promote our business. Of course everyone has his own marketing technique (although everybody do not share it). I have few ways of my own and i would love to point out them here

1. Almost everyone use a mobile at the current generation. So what i do, I keep a wallpaper which shows money coming out of computer or a SFI home page. So when ever my friends give a look at it, they ask me about it and as u know how good we are in explaining the system.

2. I use some rent cars for promotion. How? its a very interesting method. I just pest some SFI promotional flyers on the back side of the Driver seat. So when people have a seat inside.....they came across the flyer for more time (As travel may vary from 5 to up hrs) and as you know no body hates free money....so i will get a call from some fellows and hence PSAs.

3. Putting some flyers on town buses is one of the best idea i ever found. Everyday people millions of people travel in it looking for job, wishing easy money, want retirement etc. When they come across these flyers.....it is always possible e they give u a call to know more.

Rather than saying it incentive, I would love to name it as reward which I offer for my team members for certain achievement. There are few great reward options are there for sure and many of them work for me depending on the goal I set for the reward. Let me describe you one by one here

1. Gift Certificate: This is the most influencing reward SFI has. This is a perfect reward when you set a goal like achieving EA2 or TL. This minimizes there cost to achieve the position and hence they enjoy it.

2. TCredit: This is another powerful reward for those who enjoy playing in auction. When ever I set a goal to win any certain item or some through through PB auctions, I use this reward. It gives them the hope of winning more when they see 50 or 100 TC more they can have as reward even if they loose the auction.

3. Free Co-op: Its the most powerful tool SFI provides to keep your team members in real business. If you are setting a goal like recruiting 2 EAs in a month and they are following, There can not be any better reward than this. They recruit 2 and you reward one or two, that makes them feel better and they enjoy recruiting new team members.

For me these are the best. You may have your choice.

Well! Both of them have their own advantages and disadvantages. Auto bidder is a tool which allows you to keep always on top of the auction but it can also cost you huge money at times. There are tricks to use this tool and i can say you some of its personal experience.

Use autobidder when you see there are only few bidders left in the auction and the timer starts going to zero number of times. In these cases you have maximum chance to make a win.

Do not use autobid when someone is already on it. It can cost you huge money and leave you no where near a win.

Normal bidding is good when there are multiple players with one in autobid or may be all in normal bidding. This is useful at occasions when the timer does not goes to zero. You can just use it to keep the auction alive with occasional bidding and go for the autobid when the situation is perfect.

- At the time of issuing a Gift Card, you must note down some of the contact details like Email or Phone number of the member. So that you can contact them and remind when necessary.
