1.At first make a free wordpress blog (recommended because it has a good exposure and simple style)

To maintain momentum, the best thing is just show something exciting (Lead by example as they say). Some achievement which every one will love to have. Show some new methods, new tricks every day or every week. You can do so by some of the mentioned activities below.

1. Show you downline that you have won some big retail price products in TripleClicks for only few dollars. Show them the path duplicate you.

2. There are games going on 24x7 in TripleClicks. Show them how they can win those games by the tricks you are using.

Indeed your question has hit the most explosive compensation provided in SFI i.e. TripleClicks Executive Pool. Yes, it is 100% true that this is the most explosive compensation plan. How?

As you must be aware that each VP earned earns you a share in TC executive pool. So for example if you have accumulated 1000 VP in a month, you can earn 1000 shares of TC executive pool. I know that this is extremely low to your expectation.

The real income through TC executive pool starts when you become a Team Leader. As per SFI compensation plan you earn, shares equal to the total VP earned by all your EA2 and TLs if your rank is also a Team Leader. Is this a question or comment to the rewards program conducted by few Sponsors? Of course there is benefit as there is no harm too. I can write some points which i like about it although few of you may not have experienced that

1- There is nothing bad in increasing Genereology strength

2- I have noticed people who are extremely inactive during reassignment came back very strongly after a week or so. Is that not a bonus?

3- Although there are many inactive affiliates under you, but do not you realize you are growing your list? If you can write impressive mails, i am sure some of those guys will certainly come back.

There is a big difference between practical and theory. Showing someone the benefits of SFI is always easy as it is written and ideally possible. However, following every step is not as easy as it seems.

1. People want to see results to get convinced. It is very easy to convince someone by showing a practical success rather than explaining how he can succeed. Have you ever imagined, why a lot of members still struggling to win their first auction even though all the tips are available? So, you all need is a demonstration of your success to convince them not list of instructions to succeed.

2. The best way to convince your PSAs and CSAs is leading by example. Show them the way you adopted to earn a badge of Top En-roller. Do not ask them to just go to the training tab and read the material to success. People hate reading but love practical demonstration.

3. Help them earning a badge by guiding them. When someone wins a Pricebender Auction Winners badge, he realizes the advantages of participating in a auction and becomes active. When someone generates his first sale, he realizes the real benefit of promotion.

If you really want to convince your affiliates, I suggest you to make them taste their first practical benefit by helping them. Once they taste it, you have nothing to do to convince them anymore. They will boost your income and keep you motivated not the vice-versa.

I feel the two are bit different in nature and do not have a direct co-relation to compare. I will put my benefits note below and let you decide which one you should opt for.

A SFI Co-Op is basically a group advertising. This gives an opportunity to build a team together. You can run the co-op advertising and simultaneously can generate PSAs for everyone in your co-op list. This is a very powerful tool when you think of team building.

B. Blogging:
Blogging has its own benefits but I assume this will lead to only your team growth not growth to your all team members. Of course in terms of knowledge you will helping all your team members and teaching them to build their own team. But you must be knowing that very people know how to implement the knowledge to success.

I would recommend you to create a SFI Co-OP as well as start a SFI blog parallel. Because none of these two can be neglected when you are planning of a big income in SFI.

To give an unbiased or fair rating to your sponsor, you must be aware of the responsibilities of a sponsor.
During the first few months, the sponsor should provide necessary info to understand SFI. Unless he does that, you can certainly treat him with a lower average rating.

After about 6 months in SFI or you can say after understanding the system of business, the sponsor is around you to support you with your queries and difficulties you face. But you can not expect him to keep writing you the way he used to initially. So, his support when you need must earn him a 5 star rating.

When you are fully settled in SFI and have as much as knowledge you need to be successful, the sponsor do not need to spoon feed you anymore. So you should not expect him to keep asking your problems. You must contact him when you have problem and he must answer you with solutions. If he responds in time and with ideas, certainly he earns a 5 star.

Through this question, I would like to explore the fact that providing a Gift Certificate or TCredits do not earns the sponsor a 5 star. The only thing that earns a higher rating is SUPPORT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.
