What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

When you have an online business, it becomes very frustrating to find that your downline team members are not "pulling their weight". You log in every day, sometimes if you are like me, you log in multiple times a day, and you see that they have done nothing in the way of recruiting.
Firstly, have you thought that they do not know how to recruit. I would go to my Word program and compose a easy to understand mail to them, in point form setting out the different ways to recruit members to their team.
I would set out the advantages of having a downline team such as earning on their purchases and matching VP. I would encourage them to contact me. Communication is the key to business no matter what business you are in.
Lastly, I would send them some team members. This can be done in a couple of ways. You can start a Co-op with SBuilder and add their name to it and then advise them by email that you have done this and that they will receive some team members shortly.
Another way is to reassign some of your working team members to them. Providing you have enough working team members to do this.
You can buy some PSAs from the TripleClicks store and make arrangements for them to go to this team member who is not recruiting. There is one TripleClicks store which will do this for you and possibly others if you do a search.
Once this member receives some PSAs of his own and sees first hand how they benefit him, I am sure he will be grateful and hopefully will commence his own recruiting.

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

Hello Mary, I will tell you what I do. Not for everyone but adjust it to suit yourself. I treat my SFI business as though it was my career. I will not use the word Job as I think Job means you are going out to work for someone else.
My career is my lifeline. My income. The way I will be looking after my family. I need to dedicate both time and some money to it to make it work. Now if you were going out to a Job, you would need possibly a uniform (Costs money) and fares to and from work (Costs more money). So inputting a little money into SFI is not all that bad.
Back to the important task of time. I divide my day into 2 parts. I spend 3 hours every morning doing something with SFI. It could be messaging my team to tell them something important. Updating my website. Drafting my Newsletter. Reading the SFI daily news. Going through the Internet Income Lessons and checking out what is going on at TripleClicks and more. Then I have a few hours off.
In the afternoon, I spend another 3 hours and this is mostly playing games but also includes (between games) answering emails from my team and anything else I didn’t get around to in the morning.
I am spending around 6 hours daily on my SFI business. It is satisfying and income earning. It is also very flexible. I can suit the hours I work. I can have a day off at any time by activating my Vacation Mode. I can increase or reduce the hours I work to suit myself and what I have to do.
SFI is just so very flexible and can be adjusted to suit everybody. Just make a list of things which you think you need to do. Allocate a time next to each one, say 10 to 15 minutes and then tick them off when you have done it. There is nothing so satisfying as seeing your business building succeeding.

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

When starting out in SFI, I think you should take your time to do some learning first. As soon as you get the hand of what SFI is all about, then investing should be a major consideration.
I think your investment money should be equally divided between EA qualifying purchases and advertising. Both of these avenues of business building are just as important as each other.
Consider using PSAs to Go as a form of advertising and investing in this aspect of your business will bring you in team members who you can work with. Setting up a standing order for PSAs to go is a great form of advertising which can also qualify you for EA status.

What is the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline?

I haven’t yet got an effective strategy for reassigning people in my downline but I am working on it.
Having said that, I will give you what I think would be a good strategy. Firstly go through the list of your team members and select 5 of your hardest workers. They must be PSAs though as you cannot reassign to CSAs.
You need to watch your team members Activity section. You do this by going to the Genealogy and then clicking on their name. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Activity. This gives you very relevant information as to how that member is operating their business such as:
Sponsored affiliates (last 90 days): 45
Total affiliates sponsored: 66
Ranks Sponsored:
Sponsored affiliates: 66
Sponsored EAs: 5
Sponsored BTLs: 0
Sponsored STLs: 1
Sponsored GTLs: 0
Sponsored PTLs: 0
VersaPoints (This Month): 939
VP needed to advance to next level: 561
VP (Last Month): 1500
VP (Total to Date): 13238
Standing Order: Yes
Power Rank (Overall): 4144
Power Rank (Country): 15
Power Rank (Class): 4
You can now make an informed decision as to which of your PSAs need more downline team members (one or more reassignments) and which will make good members to be reassigned.
You will need to compose a very detailed email to both the member being reassigned and the receiving member, outlining the reason you are taking this particular action and setting out how you think that the action will benefit both parties.

What are the best actions to focus on?

Just my opinion of course, but I think there are 2 best actions to focus on. The first and most important one is team building. This includes both PSAs and CSAs. These can be bought, recruited by advertsing or gifted. The larger your team, the chances of getting some good, hard working members is highly likely. The more working members you have, the higher your income. In saying this, don’t forget to be an Awesome Sponsor. You must think of others and not just yourself.
How does the old saying go, help others to get what they want and you can then get what you want……is very true. Tips on being an Awesome Sponsor can be found at https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=191295
The second important action to focus on is TripleClicks. Selling and buying from TripleClicks should be high on the list of things for you to do. Anything you want to buy, look for it first in the TripleClicks store. Advertise products for sale. You can do this by both paid and free advertising. Get your own website and list some TripleClicks products for sale. Finally, sign up some ECAs. Just remember, any of your PSAs who make a purchase from the TripleClicks store, you receive 45% of the CV. Any of your CSAs who make a purchase you receive 15% of the CV.
Lastly, get one or more SBuilder units. Why have I included this in an action to focus on? Because when your delivery is made, some of the incoming members will go to PSAs but some will also go to being TripleClicks members. These are your members for life so any time in the future they make a purchase, you receive the commission.
In summary……Recruit or buy PSAs and utilise TripleClicks for sales and purchases.

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

Be truthful and be helpful. Your active prospects will appreciate this.
Make a list in point view and set out exactly what you do each day. Describe to your prospects just how each one of these actions helps you to earn your VP and your progression in SFI.
Let them know the benefits. Don't just tell them that they should be doing this or that each day, tell them why.
Your honesty will help your prospects to make a wise decision to join SFI if they think that they have a great leader.

Is it good for affiliates to have their own ECA store at TripleClicks?

In my opinion I think it is good for business to have your own ECA store at TripleClicks. I think it shows that you are dedicated to your business and gives you just one more avenue of income.
People get an impression of you. You need to set a good impression and someone who is doing well and also has their own store is quite important.
The extra income your store will bring in to you is another bonus.
What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

Hello Wendy-Ann, Firstly, I would compose a message to my entire downline team and let them know that you will be away for a time with possibly no internet connection. Ask them to let you know whether they have anything they would like to discuss before you go. Let them know a date when you will return.
Briefly set out the things they need to do while you are away such as logging in each day and attending to their tasks.
Perhaps, depending on your level of income, make an offer of a gift certificate or some TCredits upon your return for those who have made a progression while you were away. This will encourage your team to keep on working even though you are not there for conversation.
Lastly, and most importantly, set your Vacation Mode so that you do not lose your VP Streak. To do this go to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount and click in the radio button to the On mode.
Now enjoy your vacation without any worries and on your return take into account who has been working hard and who has progressed and perhaps send them an ecard and/or a small gift.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?
, Aff ()

Affiliate since: 12/31/1969, Power Rank: 99999999
Firstly I would never discourage anyone from doing anything. I would explain. I would explain both the advantages and disadvantages.
Open your word processing program and draft a letter to go to all of your team which you think is appropriate. Filter them out using your genealogy and send them a team mail.
You would include the huge benefits in being a team leader such as building your downline with second home CSAs each month. You would explain which level of team leader earns what. Bronze with one share for example get around 50 CSAs per month.
These CSAs are capable of earning you 15% of their purchases so it is a good reason to be a team leader. Having said that, you will also need to point out that if they have not yet got some working downline team members, then they will have to pay their way to become and maintain their team leadership.
Although this can be done relatively cheaply, some may not be able to afford it until their income builds up. This may not bother some people who are working and have another income so this needs to be discussed.
Myself, I would draft a communication for members which is in two columns setting out both the advantages of becoming team leader with and without a team, set out the costs if there is no team behind them to back them up.
I think this type of email would show your honesty. Offer to help them in any way you can.
Thank you for letting me give my opinion.

How do Eager Zebra games factor in to building a successful SFI business?

It is just so simple. Play the Eager Zebra games. Doesn’t matter whether it is a free game or a paid game. Do your level best to win but no matter if you don’t. You receive MRP (Member Reward Points) when you play. Depending on where you finish, you also receive TCredits. The TCredits can be used for many things including gifting to your team, buying and bidding AND of course playing more games.
I’ll tell you what I do. I play quite often to build up my MRP. A favourite of mine is the double MRP and I always try to include these in my game plan. If I happen to win, well and good and that adds to my TCredit stash. I then use the MRP which I earned, to purchase PSAs. There is a very reliable ECA selling PSAs which I am loyal to and receive quality PSAs in very good time and usually get a couple of workers. A great way to build your business with the compliments of Eager Zebra games.
