There is dozens, if not hundreds of businesses on the internet which from time to time, will offer you the chance of starting a home business. Why should you choose SFI? If you have a look at the time SFI has been offering people the chance to work from home, it is now around 16 years.

Can you sincerely say this about any of the other businesses which are being offered to you? I hardly think so. Most other businesses are fly by night companies - here today and gone tomorrow.

SFI offers you the opportunity to make money in lots of different ways. You can choose just one way, several ways or all ways. That is what makes SFI different from all of the other companies.

Most other businesses ask for money at some stage. Other businesses also get you signing up to one program after another and want you to click and read. People who sign up to these type of businesses spend all day at the computer randomly clicking on things to earn a few paltry cents.

SFI is free to join and free forever. There is no obligation to pay any money. There is of course the choice of spending some money which will get you to the top faster but you do not have to do this.....it is a matter of choice. If you dedicate your time and promote things for sale in the TripleClicks store, there are good commissions to be made.

In my honest opinion, cold calling is a total waste of time and money. People do not like to be annoyed by telemarketers. If you want to use this method – try a little variety to it. Go through the phone book and, using this information, draft a letter to each person and make up a small package.

In your package you can include your explanatory letter, a $12 Gift Card, a brochure on the ECA program and any other information you deem fit to include.

Now I guess some of these will end up in the bin but most people are curious and will take the time to have a look. You never know, you might get some valuable team members this way.

I have never really been a fan of social networks. I am not really a talker online or offline. However, I have checked it out and there are so many members of these type of sites that I think it would be very worthwhile and I have totally changed my mind about these type of sites.

The important aspect of social networks is to link yourself with people who are not yet members of SFI. Post some of the values, explain the games and how they are of a benefit to members who want to progress. Explain that if they like auctions, that there are many auctions of products to participate in. Also explain that there is a shop with thousands of products in it which, if you sell some, you receive a commission.

Sites like Linkedin and other similar sites can be a valuable source of new PSAs if you go about wording your “advertising” to them. Be as helpful as you can and answer any questions promptly.

You might just get a few more members in your team. After all, most of the people on social networks are looking for an opportunity. It is now up to you to provide that opportunity and help them all you can.

Hello Sandra, Nice question that I am sure is relevant to all team members. This is what I do.

I login every day and quite often, multiple times a day, just to check whether I have any messages and if anything new has cropped up.

I attend to my ToDo list of tasks. I then go through the list to make sure I have earned every single VP that I possibly can. Just make sure that your VP are the same as today’s date in the daily actions section.

I then check out the Ask SC section to see if there are any questions open for answering and, if there are, I compose a great answer and enter it to receive more VP.

I communicate regularly with my team. Not every day but I send a team mail once weekly and when there is some news, I send this as well.

I check the TripleClicks store for new items in case there is something which I buy on a regular basis. If I have an upcoming Birthday, I check the TripleClicks store for gifts. It is just so convenient to purchase gifts from your own country and adds to your tally of VP.

I have a look at my messages to see if anyone has a specific question that they want answering and I research and get the answer and compose a reply to them.

I play the games. Such a great way to increase your MRP and your knowledge as well. When my MRP reach a suitable amount, I make a purchase from the TripleClicks store. I purchase mainly more PSAs and thus increase my team.

I have my own website where I post the SFI news and have several pages dedicated to learning which is made brief and which team members can go to for help even when they can’t reach me. I regularly post the SFI news and anything else which I think might help members to build their business.

I think it is a brilliant idea to reassign PSAs to someone in their own country. When you receive PSAs in non English speaking countries it is difficult for both parties to express themselves and be fully understood.

I know we have Google Translate plus several other types of online translation sites but the level of understanding with these translation sites is often lost and comes out sometimes rather garbled and unprofessional.

If I have a fairly new PSA who is from a non English speaking country and has been in my Team for about a week for example and has done little or nothing, I communicate with them and ask whether they would like to be reassigned. I also communicate with the Team Member who I will be reassigning them to.

I only have one regret here that we are unable to reassign to our CSAs. I have some very good CSAs who would benefit greatly by being able to receive some of my PSAs who are not familiar with English.

You should not only promote Pricebenders to your team but you should promote all aspects of SFI in a weekly newsletter. However I digress.

Explain to your team that Pricebenders is a very valuable way of building your business. For every bid you make in the auction it adds 1 Action VP to your count. If you want to progress to Bronze Team Leader for example, you need 1000 action Vp as well as sales VP. Participating in the auctions will add to your count. It can also mean that you have a chance of winning an item.

Advise your team that when you make a bid in the auctions, it tallies up and you can participate in the Bid & Build program to win free PSAs which is another great way to build your team. Keep a check on the blue bar to see it rise and earn you a PSA.

Pricebenders is not only an auction site but a great way to build your team as well.

This is what I do and how I go about it. I send a short Newsletter to all of my team using the PSA & CSA Mailer and to the further downline members in my team via the genealogy team mail feature.

I would say something like:

“This is my Leadership Page link (and I would put my link here). From time to time I introduce contests here for members who are progressing up in rank. I also provide one off surprise gifts which I haven’t outlined (they are a surprise after all). Last month, I offered free membership of my Co-Op for a full month, for any team members who reached the rank of Team Leader. I also gave a surprise gift of free PSAs when a member requalified for the month.”

Please feel free to copy what I have done for your own team.”

This should motivate and inspire your team members. Even though you are spending a little money to provide the prizes, it comes back to you when your team members progress up the ladder of success.

This question is a little obscure. You could sponsor 5 and they are all good workers or you could sponsor 105 and none work. It’s the luck of the draw really.

I think the best way to go is to get yourself up to team leader status and in this case you receive free second home CSAs each month. After a while you will receive good workers amongst these CSAs and you earn 15% from their activities.

It is also beneficial to purchase a regular amount of PSAs. I have found PSAs to go as the best option. Now if you purchase 1 unit of SBuilder (which in itself will give you a few PSAs each month)you are then able to buy PSAs TO GO Special Offer. Buy some of these regularly…perhaps each payday or each week. Your team will grow beneath you quite quickly and regular additions to your downline will start to bring you in a few workers….just remember you only need 5 good workers to be a success.

All of the Eager Zebra games are great for earning TCredits and MRP however my favourite is Knockout Trivia. There are several entry costs including games you can enter for free, some cost 1 TCredit and the Big Dog games costing 5 TCredits. Usually the Big Dog games have bigger TCredit prizes.

Playing Knockout Trivia is also a great source of learning and broadening ones mind. It is great looking at the flags of all the countries and see who you are playing against.

Have a few business cards printed (they are plenty of places where you can get these pretty cheap). Hand one out to everyone who asks about your Fast Track Lapel pin. Tell them that if they have a free look at SFI and it interests them, that you will help them get started. They now have your details and the details of SFI. This should definitely attract a few signups.
