There was a question just like this not long ago and I posted an answer there. I will paraphrase what I stated prior since the questions are identical.

This is an simple question to address for those whom have capital to use in their business to bolster their SFI marketing and build their business.

Both free and paid advertising are great resources and you should capitalize on both methods if you can. However, if you want advertising that converts well and have the marketing capital to expend, paid advertising is the most effective resource at your disposal as it typically provides you the greatest benefit.

The flip side to this is you need to be well trained and educated in carrying out paid ad campaigns or paid advertising will literally put you out of business as it gets you into negative cash flow very fast. Then, it is not BEST but the opposite the worst.

If you can effectively carry out a paid advertising campaign properly, it will afford you the ability to access a very targeted demographic group of buyers or takers that are hungry for your product or service and that are already looking for what you are offering.

This is the the golden nugget. It's not how many people you target but the quality of the people in correlation to your product and their specific need that if done correctly convert to high sales. Basically, if you can hit a target market right on demographically and you promote your campaign to that market only, the higher the conversion will be or sales or signups of affiliates in the case of SFI.

Paid is referred to as paid because in order to find these high quality optimal lists, it will cost you money and the more targeted the more it costs.

In free advertising, you are working with probability and odds and more a numbers game. The idea is easy, hit as many medians as you can and just promote promote promote and eventually it will convert some sales. This is more time consuming but it does work if you have the time and know all the medians to advertise and is available to those with no budget.

The more targeted demographically your group the higher cost and the typically the highest conversions. This is why paid is the most optimal if you can afford the cost and the most effective.

Both are equally important. It is imperative that sponsors send a welcome letter, at the very least, or make some kind of initial contact with a prospect as soon as they sign up.

Why is this initial contact important? Here are my top three reasons:

1. Build rapport - the more comfortable the prospect feels with you the more apt they are to duplicate you. Building trust / rapport is the most vital reason for contact. The more they trust your actions the more they will follow you lead and duplicate you.

2. Add value - initial contact adds tremendous value to your prospects and the more you offer the more value you add. This benefits both you and your prospect. They will duplicate you even more the more they trust you and trust is a by product of value.

3. Provide comfort level - initial contact always provides comfort to your prospect and even more so if you have an open door policy so they feel welcomed.

Once you have had initial contact in some form, you must also, at various durations, follow up with your prospects, as well. Why? Especially, your movers. Your movers will be easier to keep on track, but they also can easily fall off track if they feel they are being left to defend themselves and deserted by their upline. Follow up with your prospects either weekly, monthly or at some custom duration unique toneach one and do so by ranking each one by performance level starting with the big hitters to low ballers.

I.E.

1. Hit your Team Leaders first
2. Hit your EA2 and EA next
3. Hit your active Affiliates
4. Hit your inactive or static affiliates

The purpose of this ranking order is the higher rank affiliates will require less motivation to remain active and moving but are more important to hit first show them their importance . Where as your lower ranking affiliates will likely require much more effort and may not react to your follow ups. All are worth some level of effort. However, do not waste too much time on your non shakers if they are non responsive.

In summary, both your initial and follow up contact is of key importance. Why? Initial contact will lay the ground work for those affiliates that are likely to excel and this will only solidfy the probability that will be your top producers if you show them you are there for them.

Follow up contact is critical to show that you are following their actions and providing critical key suggestions or recommendations based of their actions that will help them reach milestones in their quest for success that they may not otherwise be aware of.

All true successful leaders and/ or sponsors will contact their downline at some degree and follow up with their most responsive affiliates as long as they continue to move as it is a Win/Win for both the sponsor and affiliate downstream and also for your team as a whole.

The worst thing a sponsor can do is ignore your downline all together. They will most likely fall off in the end. Remember, to be successful, duplication is essential. To duplicate success, you must act like you want them to act. Initial and follow up contact has always proven to be of critical and equal importance and should be a task on your to do list daily.

Do this and you success will ultimately reflect it.

This is good question.

Personally, if you use TC gift cards and distribute them period, you are doing a good thing for your business no matter what method you use to distribute them. The act of distributing TC gift cards is going to pay off the more you do actually do it as the more people get them the more likelihood you will get takers to try them.

TC gift cards equal TC members if they sign up.
This equals PRMs for you.
You earn 45 % DC for life on their purchases.

You will get results by just doing the act of distribution of TC gift cards. Some methods you can use are:

Leave them as tips for taxi drivers, waitresses, waiters, etc. Any type of service provider could be given this card.
Give them to friends and family.
Use the Image and associate an action on your website to get signups in exchange for gift card.
Give them to clerks at stores to handout to customers.

The idea is to hand them out and market TripleClicks any way you can that ties that person to you for life. Obviously, the more you can target the market you give them away too, just like anything advertising, the higher the conversion.

Anytime you give a gift card worth value away for free you will bound to get people to use them and that right there generates results over time. Use what method works best for you and your style. The goal is to get a member per card. To do that, don't just hand them out and not explain why and what they are used for. Give them a quick reason to activate them.

Auctions and free bids are good attractors. You never know when you might hit that big penny auction enthusiast that could literally earn you hundreds a month with just one member. Imagine if you had 30, 40, 50 members earning you those commissions.

The point is to not spend to much time focusing on how to give them out then just get them out in the hands of future members and give them a reason to activate them

As matter of fact, you don't need to know anyone at all. I personally did not know any of my affiliates. Not a single one. I have a very successful downline too.

How is this possible. This is all due to the median we call INTERNET. The Internet allows every single one of us the ability to reach out to people around the entire world with ease. You have billions people with in reach where you can promote and advertise to and not know a single person.

So, if someone states to you that they don't know anyone , just tell them that you don't need to as you can leverage the Internet to find great people,with forums, social sites, paid and free advertising Etc. Just because you know people does not mean it will we be a shoe in. Sometimes people who you know are not the greatest people either.

Therefore, use their answer as leverage to what actually works well in SFI and if they still frown on it, they are just not Interested.

To make rank as a team leader is not difficult. However, the expectations of a team leader in SFI is quite high.

Team leaders in any business have high expectations. Team leaders in online marketing have an extra challenge just by the mere landscape of people whom you are leading. No matter how great of a leader you are, the Internet is full of doubters. The quicker one can trust you the better leader you will become.

Developing a trusting relationship with your team is essential to your success as TL. Despite building a bond of trust with your down line, a team leader also carries a quite vital and very important role with another main goal in mind. That main goal has many sub components to it.

That goal is duplication.

Duplicate what was passed to you by your up line, if active, or what you learned by yourself and pass that knowledge to your PSAs downstream in your Gen 1 line and beyond. Duplication and trust alone will make you very successful in SFI.

What is it that you should be duplicating. The basics. Become an EA. Build 5 EAs on your line and train them to do the exact same. This is a vital aspect of a team leader. Now what comes with attaining this goal is a where the true leader will show their value.

In order to duplicate what you have accomplished and pass that to your line so they can pass it on, requires utter determination and keen desire to put yourself aside and help your down stream level 1 PSAs first before anything else. This is KEY. You want to find those movers and grab them and develop them and train them to do what you are doing for them.

As a team leader, you must be tactical and strategic. You must know how to fill the funnel of continuos leads. You must be analytical so you can review genealogies and VP ledgers and track trends.

You must be positive at all times. Do not let failures get in your thought process. You must pass the positive attitude downstream and add motivation and inspiration too keep your team in building and motivated.

You, as a team leader must know how to deal with conflict with bias. You need to be able to diffuse and issues that promote negative moral. As a leader, you must stay in control calmly and work with your workers. You need to be doing the things called out in the SFI RULES of SUCCESS.

Team leaders focus on teaching their line the core principle of success in this program. Be sure you are in line to the T on everything and every rule in the success rule playbook.

Last, but not least, it is essential that you treat your front lime like your life depended on it. It's only their ultimate success that will lead to your own success.

This is a good question. There are two valid points to back my answer to your question.

First, SFI is a opportunity that extends around the globe. You have affiliates joining daily from countries around the world. Your language and environment is just a piece of that pie.

This leads to my second point. When trying to aim high and think big you don't want to bound oneself by limitations. Meaning, don't limit your scope to just your country or location as that will limit your endless opportunities that are available to you around the globe. If it were me, I would leverage the Internet and anyone, everywhere, no matter where they reside, language they speak as leads to my SFI business as that gives you much more opportunity than just building a team within your spoken language and environment.

Don't let language and time zone limit your ability to grow, There are many resources to use to aid in this area so we can communicate in languages that are not our own. My team is comprised of individuals which none are native in english or from USA. Let this be an example of why not to bound yourself to area and native tongue.

These PSAs are on my front line and are the most successful of the team. Aim high, think big.

MRP in my opinion are good for two things. Really, one great thing.

Purchase an item for use as an award. - Good
Purchase TCredits to earn VP for SFI. - Great

Basically MRP is the VP of TripleClicks but less need to retain or keep track of. They are almost equal in value. 126 MRP = 102 VP by way of a TCredit purchas and are used to redeem for sale.

It is this last statement or benefit that is the most beneficial and widely used action for SFI affiliates who need VP but don't have money to purchase with cash. This to me is the best, easiest, and most useful exchange one could pass on or use themselves as leverage to get those needed VP every month to retain EA or BTL status in the beginning.

I.E. Up line sponsor motivated you with TCredits. A good sponsor will not only give them to their line but will show them how to use them to bid on double MRP auctions to EARN the most MRP to buy as many single TCredit purchases to make that much needed 102 VP per single purchase.

This is the importance of MRP in its truest form.

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

There are two quantitative questions that we must address first.

1. Define tight budget. This may be different for every individual. Do we mean $10 a month, $20 a month etc. Tight budget for one may make another salivate.

2. We need to define time and duration when we bring in the concept of building a business. For one, the question may be translated into how can I grow my business in the next year with a monthly budget of $30? However, for another, the question may be, how do I grow my SFI business in 2014 if i can not afford a SO and can only invest once I have a positive return?

As you can see, there is no one answer to this question as everyone's situation is unique to itself when quantifying budget and duration. So for the purposes of this question and my answer, I will assume that tight means you can't afford a 1500 SO and with that how can I still grow my business in the next 6-12 months?

In any scenario, their is a negative correlation to the total budget available for reinvestment and amount of effort required to grow ones business. In laments terms, if i have $100 of capital to reinvest monthly, then i will require 40 man hours to see a 3% growth as opposed to i have $5 a month capital to invest into my business and thus i will need to work 120 hours to see the same gain.

With that said, the tighter the budget, the harder you will have to work to maintain the same goal of growing at fixed rate in x number of months. This is your answer. Anyone can grow their SFI business with a limited budget as they can use resources that are low cost and free and still realize gain. People do this daily.

What is a perfect example of this is free advertising. Free advertising on the Internet is available and at your disposable whether it be skill and you driving your own traffic or safellist or classified add or merely social networking. If you have limited budget, in order to grow your business and market and promote, it will take much more effort. As you start out, you will be working hard, but as you slowly grow and have more captial to reinvest, you can then move to paid advertising or coops and your own effort frees up considerably.

To sum this up, to grow your business on a tight budget will require persistence, dedication, motivation, and free time since you yourself will be doing all the heavy lifting. As time goes on and you start to see a return and your budget increases, your manhours decrease, as now you can leverage other peoples effort and not your own to grow your business.

Great question.

It is also very difficult to question to answer and not one with a single answer as everyone's situation is unique. To one person an answer may be a great solution, but to the another person, it could be quite the opposite.

In general, however, you should not convince anyone and should not have to convince anyone to do anything. Especially, when your finances are in question. If your objective is to sway someone to agree with you that investing in SFI is prudent, then you should be showing why with ultimate proof or facts. Key results that back up your statements.

-->>Show or explain to them your true progression of increasing value in commissions
-->>Show or explain to them your growth rate and what the expected trend is to be 2014
-->>Explain to them there are no other opportunities remotely like SFI. Show them why.
Etc.

I can go on for many more reasons that could be used to justify but the idea is don't try to convince them as this will or may come across as disingenuous even though your intentions are correct or in good in nature. The best practical solution is to back up any statement with hard core facts and proof.

Fantastic question. To be sure I answer it correctly, I think what you are asking is:

How do you assure your downline duplicates your success? Right?

I have to assume you are successful based off this great question you raise.

The short answer is..... You can't assure anything or anyone will do what you want them to as it is out of your control or here anything being your sponsored affiliate. However, this is what you CAN do and I highly recommend you DO DO, if not already. We already know you are doing this
most likely since your are a successful leader.

It goes like this. If you want assurance to the highest level of probability that your sponsored affiliates will invoke that act of duplication, then you have to first and foremost do Or be doing exactly what you expect them to duplicate. This is one of the fundamental rules of success. If you want them to sponsor affiliates and reassign them to help build their downline so they can duplicate them then you better be giving up e
reassignments with clear directions on what they should do to successfully duplicate your actions.

Second, the system itself has specific acts you want to duplicate that compound itself and creates more duplication. That is like duplication to the power of 2.

I.e. By stimulating and / or motivating your downline in ways that would throw people off their feet and want them to follow your lead using SFIs system duplication actionable events like giving away free TCredits or TC gift certificates or reassignments for reaching goals or as an award is golden. People like gratification and they like to be rewarded. To repeat what they like they will do the same and reward their downline because they will get rewarded for rewarding. I deem this compounding duplication.

Compounding duplication is probably the closest assurance to 100% you can get to that your sponsored PSAs will do the same. This is one of the most affective, if not the most effective, form of duplication that will domino down your line.

To sum it up, the type of events you choose to duplicate will positively correlate to the probability of assurance you downline will follow suit. Pick easy already proven effective SFI like duplicating tasks to use yourself and provide them to your sponsored affiliates. These are assurance bombs if you use them effectively and will almost provide the level of assurance you seek or close to a 100% as you will get.
