Firstly, I must say SFI has given me a new orientation on advertising even when it looks stupid, I say it is worth it.
Designing an online business card like a Tripleclicks card for your self is very useful. On the card you have the following
1. The Redemption codes
2. Your business contact
3. Your gate way
4. Your business logo etc

Try composing a good luck message or welcome message for the recipient of the codes.
This will make your it look attractive and presentable.

As it stands, the most important treat for living is communication. With more than 200 countries from around the world, communication is the only thing that keeps all together as affiliates.

Communicating regularly with your team is an easy way to encourage teamwork and build enthusiasm among your PSAs. However, coming up with a regular stream of pertinent, interesting, and helpful content is often time consuming and NOT always easy

So I believe SFI has not left her affiliates helpless concerning this issue. Many affiliates are not English spoken and believe me when I say some can't even read except someone read to them, they only understand buying PSAs to build team. So, with much observation from the Forum especially many affiliates have been found less skillful at communicating. Pardon for coming that straight, because that's the reason most affiliates are not participating at Forum talks.

Though some help are now available. A new affiliate-driven "Ideas" feature at the SFI PSA Mailer tool could save you and your team a huge amount of time while making sure you get good, pertinent information to your PSAs, but I tell you it doesn't make you a better writer.

Here are few things I do, only to minimize mistakes and at times remove all errors.

1. Make a Draft
I believe the brain is at the tips of the pen. Write the proposed message however way you feel like presenting it. Here you don't have to worry if you are writing correctly or not. Express yourself in the message as you want your affiliates to view it. You may decide to write it first in your language. After you have done this, type the message using the computer system.

2. Use the Translator
In case your message was originally not written in English, you have the translation tool available everywhere on net. Choose your language and the language you wish to convert to, then copy your messages.

3. Use Word editor
Trust me if you have used the translator, there would be many grammatical errors because the translator would do a direct translate not minding the construction of the words. Spelling that are not correct would be highlighted in red and those with grammatical errors would be highlighted in green or blue as the case may be. Correct the words that are misspelled and if you are lucky enough some grammatical errors would be correct also.

4. Check up you words
Use a good Dictionary to check if your verbs, noun meanings fits the message you are sending such as synonymous words may not fit in every statement. See if they are correlating and change if necessary. Else, your affiliates may not get the content of the message clearly.

5. Get people to edit your message
Yes, it's kinda funny but sometimes it's good you let you sponsor, friends and family help in editing. You sponsors who knows your limitations can help out since its for the advancement of the business, I see team work there.

6. Read the message to yourself.
Finally, reading the message to yourself help you know if your written English is getting better. Always have a copy of you messages because they are keys to helping you become better writers.

I believe this is simple enough as I know many adult are busy with daily work, taking care of the family and taking English classes may not be that easy. Just do this anytime you are set to communicate with your downline.

In a every home I believe division of labour is one very important attribute of what help it grow well. Asking your spouse to join SFI business is more like asking him/her to help out in a n area of the homes need. So if you are asking him/her you need to state

- It will increase in Family Income

Additional income for the family isn't a bad idea, and would definitely improve the standard of living. So it will be wise if not for any purpose, then for the purpose of better living.

- It is easy to control and manage

As long as SFI is concern, it's one of the easiest business to run, cheap building tools, and with $36/month, business will continue to grow with active PSAs. So, no obligation, all trainings is made available already.

- Pricebending at Tripleclicks to build home

What more could be good for the spouse, if most of the utensils, gadgets etc needed can be acquired at discounts upto 90% at the Pricebender Auction. So, tour spouse should find it reasonable to join hands and build the home with "Gifts" from Pricebender Auction.

- It's Less Time Consuming

Life itself requires commitment, and SFI is a business that requires attention. The good news is it doesn't requires the whole of your 24hrs, just 2hrs daily and he/she can have the remaining hours to herself.

The Affiliate manager is a sponsoring tool to help the Sponsor communicate necessary information's to the team. The Affiliate manager is the central repository of information and data on each of your personally sponsored affiliates.

Firstly, access the Affiliate manager window by just clicking on any SFI ID number in your SFI Genealogy report for that particular team member.

This tool includes a handy checklist on sponsoring new affiliates and signup dates/times, key codes, ranks,
VersaPoints accumulated, the most recent login dates, goal information, performance statistics, and more for that particular affiliates. Available to Affiliates with at least 500 VersaPoints for the month.

1. I use it to check the affiliate's progress on the his/her Ledger page. When I found out he/she has more VP to qualify to the E365 contest, I send messages to alert them on the particular action that will fetch the the qualifying VP.

2. So many affiliates deserve to be appreciated for their outstanding participation in the building of the team. I use the affiliate manager to send congratulatory messages to encourage them.

3. It possible some affiliates have challenges and may want to quit the business. I use the affiliate manager to create encouragement messages to help them.

To calculate fee to ship product worldwide you are expected to know the weight of your product. It's a necessary procedure to calculating the precise amount you should charge for Shipping and Handling.

Now you must understand that their are different delivery package method :
1. The Standard delivery
2. Express delivery
3. Expected Delivery and few others

Each of which means the number of days you are to ensure delivery of product purchased. The prices differs, and must be charged in respect to the weight of your product.

Another important thing is to ensure you note the Tax Rate for each country you are expected to be shipping to.
Countries that impose sales tax collection on Shipping & Handling expenses require that sales tax be applied to Shipping & Handling when the item that is being shipped is subject to sales tax.
Tax rate differ from on country to another and must not be calculated as such that will be same through out the country else you may end up charging in country with low tax rate and charging less in countries with high tax rate.

Now all this put in place will make you have knowledge of the precise amount you will be Shipping the product. That way you are been fair to the customers.
Let's talk about you been fair to yourself. You must make profit always not too much and not too small. 5 – 15% additional of the shipping price would be fair, and that way you have less complaint over Shipping and Handling issues.

As a matter of fact sometimes I also think what do I do to grow my SFI business aside from daily VP. and funny enough I will just ponder over till get something to do.

Now remember your daily VP action is just to update you with all that's is going on in the SFI business and TripleClicks store. This is to direct your path in building your business and not what you do to build your business.

Firstly, in SFI the most thing you need is your better team which will be more like a bases for your business. Recruiting Affiliates is only to make you become a better Team Leader both in SFI and your career job.
More affiliates mean more chance to having affiliates who will qualify as EA every month, this surely will increase you monthly share in the Executive Pool.

Also, getting ECAs to join in the TripleClicks store will increase your PRM sale monthly and also more people to have confidence in your services and products.

Hello dear, I wish I am an Old man then I would have say this is a timely question but now its just a wonderful question.

For every one who has given time to providing offsprings never run out noise. Every time you have spent trying to build your SFI business must have been dedicated to getting a dependable Team and active co-op.

To ensure you business continues to grow

1. Ensure your qualification as EA doesn't stop every month. It is the basis to earning you in one whether small or great. Ensure you have a Standing Order which automatically qualifies you as EA.

2. Ensure you have a Team of not less than 15PSAs who will always qualify you as an EA with 100VP as reward to you for each of the 15 becomes 1500. Now aside from helping you qualify as EA, their Duplication skill must be very good as well as their Advertisement and Marketing Skills.

3. To ensure continue to get PSAs with or without your consent, purchase a S-Builder to have a channel for a inflow of PSAs.

4. Ensure you have a website for you SFI business with your gateways embedded into the site, so that any visitor who has interest will from your site register and automatically becomes you PSA as well as ECA to you Tripleclicks store. Every sales reflects in your account.

The theory behind the demographic of one-on-one marketing is that the more closely you tailor your campaign to your target, the more likely it is to produce the desired response.

I believe every family member would love to support themselves in other to be able to achieve a standard and standing second income for themselves. But it may not the same with all family, so what do you do if they don't support?

You must really understand how SFI works before you could start seeking support from your family members, assuming they are ready to grant their aids finaciaoand otherwise. You must ba able to prove you can make more income giving them instances and assurance on safe returns on their investment.

You need their support even though they are not willing to help, how? SFI is an affiliate business, you need networking, contacts and etc your immediate family will always be a better place to start your marketing even if they won't be joining, at least they should be able to help you share you ideas with their friends, coworkers and etc This is very important role your family can play in your SFI business.

Just in case they are unwilling to help, or they need evidences then you must

- Determined to succeed all the way with or without their help.

- Have your blog, its a sign that you are serious with the business and they need to understand you need all the hands available on deck to build a great family business with SFI.

- Be diligent about running your SFI business, it mustn't interfere with the relationship you have with you family.

- If your family turn you down then turn. to your friends not as an act of disappointment but courage to continue with what you believe would work out.

- Hand over business cards to them to help you share, with your name as an affiliate with SFI, they will start getting familiar with SFI strategies.

- Always share your success stories as well as other peoples testimony.

There is no reason though not to support, but if they do, you must stay focus on the business and put in more effective strategies to move on. Once the find out you are not giving up, they will grow into asking you has the business is going and gradually love to join.
