SFI has evolved in the recent years into having a language Translate for her website. A prospect can see the translate button just at the bottom of the page. I will suggest making an SFI video for the prospect if he/she is far away from your present location.

SFI has up to 90 languages on the homepage translate button, this is a clear assurance that your prospect would have no problem navigating the SFI home page. All they need do is pick their language and they continue to operate the site in their own language

Also, to further convince them that SFI is for all languages, you can show off your genealogy with affiliates from their own region and other countries. Before I start you must understand that not all needs can be met if you try to please all.

Firstly, I must say good job for having affiliates, though not good when you keep losing them. Its more easier to have them but keeping affiliates is always some what difficult.

To keep SFI affiliate first begins with your advertisement, so many joined so they could get rich quickly. You must advertise that it's not get quick riches. Remember that noting as free lunch.

Secondly, You must recognize the challenges your affiliate are facing, try contacting the to know if you are capable of solving their problem for leaving the business or if they just need to exit because they feel its a waste of time; that you might not be able to do any thing.
Sincerely not encouraging affiliates who are times are in need of few VPs like 50, 100 and 200 to earn EA may be very heart breaking. You need to recognize those who are serious and may do better if they have the strength.

Now as a leader how far you've gone at time may make them want to stay. Train them in every aspect you have made success and areas you intend to make more.

Talking about effective ways through which we can communicate with our downline in order to get good result is not all that difficult, if you have a downline who at least login in daily to their home page.

Firstly, I believe there is no better way of communicating to your downline than making yourself the discussion point. What do I mean by that, as a leader who want to lead a group of people you need to be able to lead by example. Whatsoever information you need to pass down which will require them to possess a particular product or attain a particular level which will in turn lead to the growth of the team, starts with you. Your badges must be able to convey enough information as regarding what you want to communicate. Your Standing Order, S-builder Co-op, Team Leadreship badge, Daily Streak, Top Author, Class Rank, Country Rank, Pricebender, EZ games participation etc

Stream Tab: Now after you have made yourself a good and better source of information, here is the next easy way of communicating. As an affiliate every morning am always eager to check my Streams tab to see what my uplines have written the previous days. There is no way an affiliate will scroll through the same page everyday without stopping someday to read the content of the page. Thats why its always good to drop a catchy and encouraging message on your Stream tab.This has help me few things my uplines do to build their own business.

Leadership page: This is called leadership page in order for all leaders to be a able to display necessary information need by the downlines. Team mail: Always find time to compose a better message in your weekly team mails. Most affiliates want to see "what does our sponsor have for us now". Your update them about SFI and how they can grow there business, that way you can get better results.

Also, I know it when my PSA requires or need few VP to making the next badge all I do is send message of a token of gift certificate to be used in qualification and I inturn get my reward in VP and cash. Once they have made the level I use the mover ro send them congratulations message. This way you can always get a better response from what you try to pass across to them.

I believe so many changes as taking place in the year 2015 and SFI is seeking all affiliates to start aiming in a better direction at developing their business and building their teams.

Well personally there will only be very few changes but very similar to what I have been doing but with a better strategy. So here are they

1. Intensify on recruiting more affiliates
SFI has recently included bonuses to encourage all affiliates towards takingbthe business seriously. I think there is no better means to convince someone than this, that a business will surely yield a second income. and here are the few ways I intend recruiting more affiliates

i. Purchase more S-Builder Co-op, without much stress this will yield new members which will be part of the team
ii. Participate in auctions such as PSAs and CSAs. With better strategies I could win more affiliates.
iii.

2. Develop a better Leadership Skill for the team
I guess to have my own team I need to gather strategies, on how to continue to grow as an effective leader, sponsor an active team of PSAs and CSAs, and earn MAJOR monthly income through SFI. These will include

i. Better communication through PSA and CSA mailer
ii. Rewards for active members of the group.
iii. Actively participating in the Forum and Eager Zebra games
iv. Positive attitude toward all affiliates regardless of their participation level toward growing the business.
v. A better Welcome for new PSAs, CSAs, and Second Home CSAs to the team.
vi. Congratulate new EAs and Team Leaders in the group.
vii. Recognize affiliates who've made it to the E365 finals.
viii. Recognize affiliates who've qualified as Fast-Track Members.
ix. Recognize affiliates who've won the Daily Grand.

3. Improve my Advertising Skill and Mediums
If I must reach as many as possible to become ECAs, PRM and PSAs then I must improve on the means of my advertisement. There will be competition amongst other affiliates company and to get other people attention my adverts must be attractive and positive. And here are things I'll do

i. Redesign my website or blog
ii. Get a better ad words for my ads and captions
iii. Use both FREE and PAID ads for advertisement.

4. Revisit my GOALS
Yes, there is no way I move forward without checking if am working towards my goals. My goal is my only objective at making as much profit in all my investment so, therefore

i. I repriotize my activities to meet my goals
ii. I work on my flaws and weakness to ensure I do not loss focus on the greater part of the business.

5. Alway complete my To-Do List
I have not always been consistent with completing my TO DO LIST and it has robbed me of much TL streaks and Versal Point. It is very important now that SFI has decided to reduce few Versal Points due to fraudsters to collect all available VP for each week else for refusing to collect 1VP could cost you a another level of TL, don't let that's happen. So,

i. Complete the daily actions
ii. Complete the weekly actions
iii. Participlate in the Spin and Win bonuses

5. Develop New Team Leaders.
Yes, as we know it you must produce some numbers of TL to reach another level of Team Leadership

Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
Minimum 3,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min/2,000 max from sales/purchases)
Minimum (1) first-level EA2

Silver Team Leader (STL)
Minimum 4,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min/2,500 max from sales/purchases)
Minimum (2) first-level BTLs

Gold Team Leader (GTL)
Minimum 5,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min/3,000 max from sales/purchases)
Minimum (3) first-level STL

Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
Minimum 6,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min/3,500 max from sales/purchases)
Minimum (4) first-level GTLs and etc, therefore I must saddle up my teams to becoming Team Leaders as well to earn more.

Its a bit impossible to attain some height of success when you don't invest money in the SFI business. Its is a business so it is important to invest though not all that necessary.

The SFI business is not involved with any shadow business that will pump in money for you without an account for it. But for the sake of extra hard work and strong strategies put in place,I think its possible to be successful in SFI business without spending any money.

How you asked. Carefully follow this downwards.

1. DUPLICATION
One of the most proven ways to make it in SFI is by duplication. This way you have less to spend but more to care for in terms of teaching and explaing SFI. This can be done throuh advertising on your blog and websites.

(a)Gathering of PSAs: Recruit as many affiliates as you can using the beginner methods, intermediate methods and advanced methods. Teach your affiliates to recruit other and help the become EA. Each time a PSA places an order at TripleClicks you earn 45% of the CV. Earnings from PSA is powerful because once your recruit PSAs they become your affiliate for life. Also you receive 100VP for each affiliates of your that becomes an EA

(b) GAthering of ECAs: Recruiting ECAs may not yield much income as that generated from recruiting PSAs. Just like when other online shoppers make a purchase online, chances are they have taken time to research, compare prices and read reviews about the products.

These are several factors that seriously demotivate affiliates to follow through with their online purchases.

- The hassle of returning products
- Not knowing what the product looks like in real life
- Having to pay for shipping
- Having to wait for a product to arrive once they have bought it

But then check out how you could encourage your affiliates to buy from your store.

1. Build Trust

Trust has to be in place for a sale to be made.

Setting up an online seminar for affiliate is just perfect for SFI business but if it must be successful you need to put in the essential ingredient. You must know you cannot set up the training section with out alerting you affiliates and have them agree to hold the section with you. That's just very important because you need them to be there irrespective of the Time Zones they are. Now to move on to setting it up follow this carefully....

1. Have a goal for the seminar.
You need a clear purpose and idea of what you want to achieve out of the initiative. For example, How to become an EA, or How to build a better team, or How to earn big at SFI. 100VP from each of your 10PSAs that will qualify for EA gives you a 1000VP leaving you with 2000VP to be gathered.

A standing order of 125Tcredit gives you 1500VP. Bidding in the auction and playing the PTP and other games.

Now you might want to consider your first 1000VP to be constant but how about the remaining 2000VP.
Playing the Eager Zebra game, Time machine, PTP and auction will get you more Tcredit to get your VP. Assuming each day you win the Eager Zebra and PTP twice or thrice. If you have a share of 40Tcredit per win then you should assume about 160Tcredit, which will give 160VP and few MRP. In weeks time you'll find out you have your 2000VP ready for getting you BTL.

All the benefits acquired can be directed towards buying S Builder Co op, More PSAs, encourage the former PSA who have been ensuring the 1000VP. I think a gift certificate of at least 5dollars could go a long way each month or bimonthly.

Maximizing the Bronze Team Leadership benefits has been confirmed to be more easier with an active team. Your team activities in the program determines the width of your benefits.

Assuming your immediate team comprises of 10PSAs who has 5PSAs each who will qualify for at least EA each month then you are good to go with making your Team leader easily.
