Dear Zorica

Setting up a standing order is definitely one great way to boost your commissions and earnings through your PSA and CSA. However I think the best way to send this message across without being pushy is to;

Lead by example
You can not convince your team to take up a standing order no matter how nicely you put it yet they clearly see you do not have one reflecting on your Triple Clicks Badge. So set yours first. After you have seen and enjoyed the benefits of it

1.Communication is HUGE

Communication can make or break any relationship whether business or otherwise. It is what separates successful marketers from the 98% that fail online. In lesson 4 of the Launch pad communication is emphasized as a great recipe of good duplication success.
OK, so HOW do you communicate with your affiliates? How do you make sure they know you are out there and available to assist them?

1. SFI - Strong Future International has a proven Track Record. How many businesses have we seen come and go over time? Ask Gery how many businesses or websites launched on the same day with SFI and how may have stood the TEST of time. I bet you and I know the answer. SFI has been in business for more than 10 years.

2. SFI has a BBB Accreditation. Better Business Bureau is a tough body when it comes to upholding transparency in online business. The rules have recently become more stringent

Hello Boza

I would highly suggest learning both. While I have heard first hand information from team leaders who have built their strong down lines into several thousands-that your own sponsoring is the way to go which I agree with, I can not dispute the fact that I also know of some leaders here in SFI who have used magnetic sponsoring and purchase of PSA to grow a very HUGE down line. I can't say the numbers because they are freaking HUGE and they did this from PSA Purchase mostly.

Dear Abdul

There is NO Secret, magic wand or Holy grail to easily qualify for the Team Leader each Month. I have looked at your badge wall and noticed you are an EA leader with a standing order of 1500 VP for two months now. That already in itself partly answers your question. What did you do to achieve that position? Keep doing that. So what will you do to maintain it and go higher than that then is the question to ask yourself.

Quite frankly you have to work it. You can't

Dear Rebecca

The best way I think to present anything is by talking about it's BENEFITS. We humans are like that. We like the "What's In It For Me" factor a lot.
Therefore in presenting the Idea of TripleClicks TCredits to someone new they first of all need to know what TCredits are, what they are used for and lastly what their benefits are.

What Are TCredits?
TCredits are units one purchases at TripleClicks.com. It is a foam of TripleClicks store currency.

Dear Damien

I identify with you because I remember during my first months as a newbie SFI Affiliate I really needed a mentor to help me through the many questions I had regarding the business since my sponsor was not so visible. It was not easy to get one. It takes time especially if you are contacting someone who is new to you and who you are new to.
I am glad now that I have some mentors especially in my up line that I can reach out to for help anytime.

While I haven't made my first year in SFI yet I must say that it would be an understatement to say that I have learned only a few things. I have learned LOTS and LOTS of valuable things already in just my first 6 months with SFI.
I will share but a few of the many things I have learned already

1. I have learned what an MLM business IS and is NOT. Before joining SFI there was a lot of skepticism out there about mlm's of any kind and I was one of Skeptics grinding mlm's. When I stumbled

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Now to be honest with you it's quite tricky answering this question because you say you offer your PSA's unconditional support. What comes to mind is if you are truly offering unconditional support then why are they rating you poorly?

It seems to me that there is something a little more sinister that you need to find out. I say this because I personally have offered my PSA's and CSA's alike the same unconditional support and am happy to say they have rated me very well. Month after month
