You should encourage your PSAs to become Team Leaders like you.

While training your PSAs to become Team Leaders, you are at thesame time building your Success.

As soon as your PSAs become leaders, you will begin to earn on them.

Your becoming successful in SFI depends on how well you have been able to train your PSAs on the Power of Duplication and what SFI entails at large.

With your PSAs building up to the 12th generation also duplicating as you did, you are sure of your residual income. I mean you can go on holidays and still be sure of your monthly package.

You should also teach them how to set their standing order, because once they start doing this monthly, you are also sure of your commission.

Although SFI is not a get rich quick business neither is it for the lazy ones, but it is a Bedrock to Brighter Future. All you need is to believe in yourself and remain focused and bring out the light and zeal in you to get what you love so much which is your business (SFI).

Success they say, is the achievement of your set goals, and for you to succeed in SFI, you need your team members which could be your PSAs or CSAs.

When you are able to have downlines up to the 12th generation that are equally working like you did, then you are sure of residual income, even when you are not there.

An affiliate should set a long term goal for himself by realising it that SFI is not a get rich quick business, therefore an affiliate must learn to duplicate inother to build a strong genealogy.

As an affiliate, you must learn to be an awsome leader.

An affiliate must learn to be serious in his business and put in some money in it for the business to grow.

An affiliate should be able to register an ECA in other to earn a long term commission. As soon as the ECA starts selling, you are sure of your regular commission as long as that company or business is in essistence.

An affiliate should be able to set up a standing order which will earn the person atleast 1,500 VP every month to maintain his being an EA (Executive Affiliate) inorder to receive the number of CSAs given to him and the commission paid.

I think that the good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks will be:

1. To print a good eye catchy flyer with the date/time and venue
2. Distribute the flyers at strategic points
3. Higher labour to do the distribution of the flyers
4. Look for a good venue for the seminar
5. To use Projectors or computers to do the training
6. You can also do it one-on-one probably on the phone

I think that with this process, you can have a good training with your PSAs on SFI and TripleClicks.

PSA is better to be pursued if you can really catch them. Getting them and keeping them is in deed where the problem lies. This is because they are your direct down line and the commission you get is more than what you get in CSAs.

For you to get serious PSAs as your down-line, you need to work very hard advertising online, sharing hand bills, holding seminars, buying PSAs to go, setting up an S-Builder Co-op or even buying traffic, all these are what you need to do for your business to grow and start yielding steady income.

But in the case of CSAs, you don't need too much push, all you need is to be consistent in your work, strive for the best and your performance in the business will earn you ECAs automatically, and you start earning commissions although not as much as PSAs.
