Yes, it is very important to not let go. Your constant words of encouragement can boost the person's moral. Don't forget that human beings are really difficult to manage. You need to push more miles to gain your purpose.

There may be some reasons behind their not being able to continue. It could be laziness, lack of funds, tiredness after the day's work, internet connection, or that it is too rigorous, or that the proceed from it is too small or that it takes too long before you start earning. It is your duty to find out and see how you can help as their sponsor or co-sponsor and talk them out of it.

I believe that as you show them love and concern constantly, without relenting, they will one day try to pick up their old pieces and forge ahead. They will say, if you can do it, why can't they, and this will earn you a plus and an active good leader.

I think that teaching a smaller number of serious EAs to develop EAs themselves is the best thing to do. You don't waist all your time sponsoring new PSAs that are never serious, Time they say waits for no one.

Train the serious ones, give them incentives to encourage them.
Lead by example by doing your own bit.
Chat regularly with them on the issue of their progress.

Once they maintain their levels as an EA, you will equally gain from them and sometime, they may long to become a leader just like you.

Half bread is better than none. Make do with the ones that are already bringing positive results.

For you to be sure that duplication happens in those you sponsor is for you to possess the qualities of a good leader which are as follows:

A. Be a mentor
B. Have a listening ear to your team
C. Include everyone by helping those left behind
D. Encourage your team to do something outstanding
E. Be sure of what you relate to them
F. Enjoy being a leader even though it might be demanding
G. Pay more attention to the morale of your team.

Be ready to lead and grow a team of active SFI affiliates who will be ready to do just as you have done.

You have to be checking your geneology, teach them what to do and what they stand to gain when they duplicate. Make them realise that they stand a chance of gaining monthly income stream from their affiliate up to 12th generation when they duplicate and also on their CSAs they can earn matching VPs on every VP they earn.

Assure them that they can make money on-line with time as they are consistent with the does and don'ts of the business.

Make sure you send them weekly news letters with words of encouragement.

You can also encourage them by re-assigning a PSA to them or by buying some shares from S-builder Co-Op to assign some PSAs to them and making sure you work closely with them.

You can set up your SFI Business to run on an autopilot in some areas not all because if you should run it entirely on an auto pilot, people may feel that your business is not real.

Often times people may ask questions that are technical and does not require a straight forward answer and if your system is on autopilot, it might give and answer that does not suit the question, and this might bring wrong impression in the mind of the person.

Don't forget that autopilot is like a robot that has been programmed for a specific purpose and cannot do otherwise.

You can use the autopilot in some areas where you don't necessarily need to do question and answer, like in the area of games and auction bidding. Here the machine is involved, you only need to perform an operation.

You can use it in the S-builder Co-Op or SFI PSAs to go. Here your communicating with them will be only when the Co-Op has taken place and you are sure that they are real human beings.

You need to be on ground for your business to work well and have room for good interaction with your downlines or new affiliates.

I think that every body is a born leader in the sense that you definitely have some people looking up to you for one thing or the other. Except the person is not concious of him/herself to bring out the best in him/her.

SFI does not really need you to be a born leader before you become a Team leader because they have already mapped out strategies you need to follow to become a leader in SFI so long as you are following the steps judiciously.

So long as you are reading, you are learning more and more and this will help to sharpen and broaden your knowledge the more and as you are reading and going through the process, you are undergoing some training. Practice they say makes perfect. So as time goes on, you become very good in the business.

As you under go the training, you will be able to teach others. SFI has created the platform for everyone to be a leader.

As you introduce new affiliates into the system, you must have taken a bold step to convince them, and as you direct them on the business, you are already taking the lead.
