1. Let them understand the purpose of the social media so as not to abuse it.
The social media is for interaction and it needs to be so.
2. Let them build relationship first before introducing SFI to anyone.
It is so annoying when people just burst into your privacy and tell you about their business. They are talking to people, they don't know.
Many people do this to me on facebk and i don't even give them face.
3. Let them join related groups on the social media on facebook and linkedin e.g Online groups, business, marketing, entrepreneur, work from home etc to rub minds together and to learn and listen to others in the group before telling people about SFI.
4. By doing 3 above, they can give comments from questions asked by individuals in the group, relating SFI to them if possible.
What people want is to join a program told them by people they trust.
5. With 1-4 in place, they can now begin their advert using the content marketing technique.
6. There are rules and regulations on these social media and they must advertize SFI in a way that their link or profile is not blocked.
These are the ways i operate my SFI on the social media and get recruits.
They must know the do's and dont's on the social media and comply by them.

Remember that people first join you before they join your business. This is your how to connect first with your audience.

7. To learn not to interrupt your prospect while talking even when you know the end of the talk.

10. To be indepth and knowledgeable. How does this relate to you as a good listener? A listener is someone who is ready to share with a problem and associate with it. If you are not knowledgeable, how would you know where your audience is coming from and where he is going?
A good listener doesn't share in the problem by listening alone but by being able to solve the problem.
11. To have focus. An undivided attention. Most people are not where the conversation is, their heart is somewhere else.
To be a good listener, your heart must always be in the conversation and i mean, Always. That is the acid test of a good listener, the ability to listen with your heart.

The qualities to look for is:
1. Their seriousness in the business.
2. For how long have they maintained the minimum rank in the DD Plan and that is the EA2 rank. If the requalification is not stable, then there is the tendency that that PSA will not make it through the DD plan.
3. An investor: those who you should invite should be investors. Those who have invested into the business and still does. Those who are DDs are real investors. I am one and this is the yardstick i used for my invitees.
4. They should have a Geometric Progress in the business. This will be seen in their team building skills, leadership, communication and sponsoring skills.
5. They are in your Top 20 PSAs and are part of your movers tab as well.
Where to look? Their Affiliate Snapshot, theirTripleclicks Sales (These show their investments in the month and what they bought each month to build their business), your Genealogy, their Vp ledger (This will show their accumulated pts so far and it will guide you on whether they will make it or not.)

How i plan to promote the game :
1. Understand the game myself.
2. Search the web for sport fans that is equivalent to the Uber Picks Game. This helps me to funnel my targeted audience and to aim at a specific audience. Not everybody loves sports.
3. From results from 2, i check the category of people who have high interest. Here lies the age bracket. Those who are familiar with these games are mostly youths and the rest, adults. So i divide them into two.
Which game attracts the youth and which game attracts the adults. I survey my statistics and i press on to my campaign advert.
4. With the results in 3, i select the required banner and text advert for each campaign that suits my audience.
5. I solicit the social networks as well. Aim with my results in 2-4. I join sport groups like Trend Sports, European Football Fan on fb etc and place my advert, showing them the benefits and advantage of trading their knowledge in these sports for prizes they wouldn't have won elsewhere. Hereby, i see interested folks both young and old who would like to give it a shot and sure enough they do.

The best ways should be the most effective ways that bring you your desired results which are:
1. Your PSA greeting located at your Miscellanous black tab.
2. Your E Cards
3. Team Mail at your Genealogy
4. Your PSA Mailer
5. The Social Media Networks especially facebook.
6. Through Phone Contacts/ Calls.
How do i see the above as the best ways? Due to the following reasons:
1. Your PSA greeting is the best because it is the first that your new PSA will see to read before touring his/her page. Why this is so is because, your PSA notification can come when you are even sleeping. What do you do then? Nothing because you are sleeping.
But your PSA greeting can come very handy for you, that while sleeping, your PSA greeting is teaching, guiding and welcoming your new affiliate to the SFI Family. Depending on how rich your PSA greeting is, will determine how effective it'l produce.
I never understood this tool's power until i read my sponsor's leadership blog of the importance of updating my PSA greeting to set them on a good start and to conserve my time and energy.
Right away i set to work ad i updated it, deleting the former one. Through my PSA greeting:
i welcomed them, told them a little about myself and SFI and how we are here to help them fulfil their financial dream and vision and how we need their co operation to help them fulfil it.
Next, i told them about how SFI works and how they can earn.
Then i told about them about how to achieve their earning and that's about the Fast Tracker and the NMP. I told them of the benefits in it and my support to give them returns on their investment if they buy the NMP.
Recently, i bought an Ebk that speaks about how to win auctions for $6 and for those who buy the NMP i give it to them for free. This is one of my plans for their ROI. How to use their 50TC to win the auction, resell and get an ROI. I've had tremendous results.
2. E Cards help you build on your greeting and to further your communication to them when they achieve a milestone or they need tips to advance.
3. Your GenealogyTeam mail can help you communicate and sort out your inactive and active ones.
4. Your PSA Mailer helps you to communicate with both of your old and new affiliates and to pass important messages to them.
5. Social Media: 99.5% of reaching out to your new affiliate is this. Am able to guide and support 99.5% of my new affiliates through this medium. it has been very effective.
6. Through Phone contact: This is applicable to those in your own country. Just some minutes ago as of this writing, i received a call from one of my new affiliates who needed my help.

I was so excited when i saw the announcement because it was another avenue to explore new marketing and business strategies.
First, i was excited when my sponsor invited me to be one of her top 20 DDs. It brought great joy to me because it paid off on my hardwork in building my business and in my requalification every month, adding 3% to my commission every month till the $200 signing bonus is completed and that is for the space of 5 years. Wow!
Second, it gave me the opportunity to replan my dream and make it better. I'd the intention of working towards being a STL at the end of the year even before the DD invitation came. This gave me even more room to make my dream come true.
Third, is the simpler versapoints. Now i can qualify as a Team Leader without any purchases as far as i can accumulate the total number of my vp and the qualification of first level EA2, or BTL, GTL, STL or PTL.
This makes becoming a Team Leader much easier for me, thus increasing my team and my income.
Fourth is the Milestone shares. It gave me the boost to create a motivation for me to earn.

My suggestion is this:
There is no greater welcome gift than your PSA/CSA greeting.
Making a stranger feel welcome home is the greatest gift a person can give someone.
Welcoming your new affiliate into SFI and your team is the greatest gift, for that is where your relationship and your success begins.
Giving them Tcredit or GC is like bribing them to work. To sustain their work, you'll have to keep giving them to make them active.
Why are you rewarding them? Which work have they done? Whose business is it: Yours or Theirs?
How would you know the actual reason of their being active? It is like being paid to click on adverts which doesn't yield lasting results.
Once your gifts end, so also their activeness.
Then giving them TC or GC at the beginning is sending a wrong signal to them about SFI, reporting what is not.
We all came to make money and work hard to get paid and we love it not because we were given anything, but the great opportunity that SFI offers. I believe you should concentrate on that.
Give them a tour of how SFI works and how much they could earn, using your success story has a motivating factor and you have stirred them up in the right direction.

This is a good question.
The way i approach CEO or VIPs of companies are the following:
1. Being a CEO of my company and business myself i know the CEO mode of business and ethics and i follow it.
2. I dress corporately with my skirt suit with SFI or Tripleclicks T Shirts as my inner layer. Dressing with the SFI T shirt is to give the CEO a good concept of where i am coming from and the business and the company i am representing.
This will also rouse the curiosity and the interest of the CEO himself or herself. Doing this will let the CEO know that my company is a legitimate one and put his or her mind at rest. The way i am dressed will determine how i am addressed. So my dressing is very important.
3. My Packaging: how i package myself and my resources matter a lot: My outlook.
Am i rough or neat, disorganized or organized will judge the response of my recipient and the company i represent. So i go there organized, neat, composed and my hair neatly packed. All my marketing tools and materials are neatly put in two folders arranged neatly. One for SFI, Tripliclicks ECA and the other packages of Tripleclicks.
4. With 1-3 in place, i arranged myself while seated with my knees crossed, looking eye to eye with my recipient to explain my purpose of coming with smiles on my face.
After the talk, i give my recipient the opportunity to make his/her decision and i give a firm handshake with smile on my face as i appreciate the time given.
Most give in to the proposal and they await approval from Tripleclicks.
