Well I find this question very apt and timely and would like to add that in my opinion it will be advisable to actively promote the ECA program to businesses that are not yet online and/or do not currently use the Internet as the saying goes nothing venture nothing gains likewise there is certainly a great great deal of potential promoting and recruiting brick n mortar merchants simply once they are convinced how easy, hassle free it can be and also opening up their floodgates of customers without incurring further overheads whatsoever most will be keen .
Just keep plugging and remember the law of average and keeping up the momentum as well as the Pareto principle when recruiting ECAs.
