I have few tips to share with you
The most powerful tool for me is the use of the Filter when you access the Genealogy.
The Quick filter is good but you get more hand on what you want to do when you create you own filter but then again you need to understand it because it is a bit of math.
Ok let give you 3 examples
Don t forget
1-click on (clear filter) if you want a new group of people!!!!!
Work with workers
you just want to see people who have been log on this month on your genealogy
1-in filter choose VERSAPOINTS (THIS MONTH) > 0
2- click SORT
Now you have people who have logged on but necessaraly the movers and you can send letters to those only.
Nearly EA VP (between 1200-1499) for example
1-in filter choose VERSAPOINTS (THIS MONTH) > 1200
2-click on (+) which is on the (SAME LINE) it create a new line
3- in this new line VERSAPOINTS (THIS MONTH) < 1499
4-click on Sort
This can be useful when we approach the end the month so you will know who to motivate to achieve Ea status
Active member with confirmation
1-in filter Choose VERSAPOINTS (Total or This Month) >0
2-Goto (Next line) choose Confirmed Registration
3-click on Sort
This give you an idea of people who actually confirm their registration and more likely to be serious about the business
yeah that is it really that what i found powerful in genealogy because i have saved letter for each group and it make it easier to see their VP ledger.
