Personally, I wouldn't provide any criticism at all unless your team member actually asks for feedback or a critique of their own strategies. Each person in your downline is a business owner themselves, and you wouldn't tell another business owner how to run his business.
I would simply reassure your downline that you're there to help if they need it because even constructive criticism can come across the wrong way to some people.
If you have a plan or strategy in place that is working, just share it with your downline and touch on the importance of duplication, but at the same time remind them that they're running their own business and if they have a strategy that's working well for them, you're open to hearing about it.
It's all about sharing, but a team leader shouldn't critique another person's business operations unless they're asked to.
