This is a very good question and hope it will improve our communication skills with downline. You can’t send positive but constructive email to your complete downline. It is for them who are doing mistakes, not regular or inactive. So you must first check Movers tab to check the activity, VPs, Ranks of your downline and then go to Genealogy use filter for group or individual email.
When you refer to constructive criticism, it means to offer valid and good opinion about the work of others, it would combine positive and negative but in a friendly manner not offensive, focus on the work rather than the person. This kind of criticism is a valuable tool in raising and maintaining standard performance. Downline can benefit by focusing on the positive elements of the criticism and achieve greater personal development by correcting their mistakes. As well as non-active affiliates may become active
