I contact all new affiliates as soon as I see a new person in my downline. I use the e-cards, first and send them an alert about SFI having a translation button, also I send the e-card in their language, if they provide which language their speak.
I than follow new affiliates with a series of e-mails, and the ones that contact me with queries, I reply within 24 hours.
I follow all the " workers" using the genealogy menu, as well the Movers Tab, and send this particular group other tips, that are not sent in " bulk " e-mail
If I see an affiliate is online, the yellow bubble, I send a message, asking how they are doing, and if they need any help
If an affiliate has been active, and stops, I send them an e-mail, asking what seems to be the problem, and if I can help in anyway
I also keep tabs of all targets they meet. ie: being a winner in Daily Grand, Being a winner in ASK SC, or being the winner of E365 competition, and in this I also sent congrats to PSA's that made 2nd or 3rd place.
Although they are not the winner, if they manage 2nd and 3rd place, it shows that they gave their best shot, and to me that is good enough, I believe sending them a card, will make them see that you appreciate their efforts.
I tell everyone to use the Forum and ASK SC, as well as a2a friends, for around the clock, help, as you can not be available 24/7 yourself
I use my e-mail to keep in contact with all my downline, and occasional Skype. For PSA's in my country I also phone them, and encourage them that way, as well as have an occasional meeting
