I am a repeat buyer and Tripleclicks satisfied customer. I have bought and reviewed numerous Tripleclicks products.

I have never experienced any issue with payment security, delays in delivery or product quality.

In past few years and very recently, many retailers, both offline and online, have experience security breaches which resulted in stolen customer information.

Over a year ago, in February 2014, there was a cyber attack against SFI/Tripleclicks. The security breach was immediately identified and dealt with.

From that experience, measures were taken and additional protection was put into place to protect both SFI/Tripleclicks business, their affiliates and their customers.

This is my personal experience, and as such I am fully aware of its limitation. However, I have not read any testimonial that differ from mine.

The only issue I have read about concerned shipping costs. But, personally, I see it as evidence of the quality service being provided. It is proof that shipping and handling is being provided by professionals who do their job well.

Now, beside personal testimonies, it is my understanding that Tripleclicks, as a subsidiary of Carson Services Inc. is an accredited business by organizations such as the Better Business Bureau and verified by GeoTrust. If there were reliable claims made against Tripleclicks, such accreditation would be lost.

Furthermore, Tripleclicks has an efficient customer service to promptly react to customers concerns and inquiries.

In conclusion, Tripleclicks is one of the most reliable online retailers with a much longer track record of customer satisfaction than those giant online store we hear about.

It is also good to inform your customers that TripleClicks has been in business for 16 years. A company that cannot be trusted will never last that long.

The rating TripleClicks has with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is relatively high for a company that has been business for 16 years.

All the statements listed can above help your customers see that doing business with TripleClicks is safe and secure.

But the most and best method to share with your customers is your personal experience with TripleClicks as to when you place an order, pay for it and then receive notice of when your product has shipped and how quick you received your product. Personal testimony carries a lot more clout then what you might think.

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that anyone will receive what they ordered. This is as true of TripleClicks as it is of Amazon or eBay. There are always some transactions that do not go through the way they should with any online market.

What you can guarantee, however, is that TripleClicks is an amazingly ethical company and should the potential customers order not be delivered, TC will do everything possible to correct the situation.

This includes refunding their money. I know this for a fact because it happened to me!

You can reassure the potential customer that in most cases, whatever they order will absolutely be delivered to them in a relatively timely manner, depending upon what country they live in and where the product is coming from. This is true for a high percentage of items purchased through TripleClicks.

Occasionally, though, something will not show up. In this case, the correct procedure is to contact the seller first, then if not satisfied with their actions they can put in a ticket to Support.

Support will also contact the seller and will then follow up with the customer. If still unhappy with the outcome, TripleClicks refunds the money.

You can reassure the potential customer that they will be happy with whatever transactions they have with TripleClicks due to their own policies of making sure the customer is always satisfied!

You can reassure people about the security of TripleClicks by explaining that our company has several EXTRA layers of protection in place.

Point out that their emails are validated as genuine when they join. If they use a different device to open their account than the one they last used, they have to get a new authorization code - via their email - before they are allowed access. These are only some of the protections in place, as I am sure they have other procedures to protect your personal, private information - like credit card numbers, account numbers, etc.

When you order from TripleClicks Direct, that is our parent store, customers can rest assured they will not drop an order and run the risk of damaging their business reputation!! TripleClicks is very aware of the quality of their business, they will not allow it to be damaged by ECAs not keeping their business word, either!!

Before I start my answer, I have to say that:
SFI is more than 16 years old, and Triple Clicks is a business Wing of the SFI.
The annual business transactions of Triple Clicks are of the order of $2.5 Billions (2013 figures).
The membership of SFI is >4 million of which Triple clicks has >2.61 millions (approximately)
There are as of today more than 90,000 products in Triple Clicks.
The operations of Triple Clicks are spread over >169 countries.
These are the -not figures-but facts & these facts are incontravertible.

Whether it is SFI or Triple Clicks, they have formed with the sole objective of catering to the requirements of middle class people over the globe, who have neither the capital sufficiently nor have the capacity to advertise their products Internationally (let alone in their country).

It is against these facts/background I will talk to the triple clicks customers.
It is but natural that the triple clicks customers have certain reservations or apprehensions about the Triple Clicks. Especially after witnessing the Internet businesses and the way they are running, it is not unnatural they feel as they do. But, It is the responsibility of the sponsor who is introducing them to the organization (Triple Clicks) to take these reservations in to consideration , convince them and see that the customers conduct their transactions confidently and comfortably.

After all it is for the first two or three transactions, these teething problems surface, in case the first two or three transactions are completed, the customers themselves feel highly relaxed and be only pleasant to continue their further business relations with triple clicks.

The "safe and secure" part is easier than the "receive delivery" part. I can only give them my experience that TripleClicks has made timely delivery of items I have purchased.

TripleClicks uses an escrow system where the buyer submits their payment to TripleClicks, where it is held until the seller delivers evidence to TripleClicks that the item has been shipped, usually a delivery confirmation code from your mailing service. Then the seller will be paid by TripleClicks when the item is actually delivered.

That is how it is supposed to work. I, personally, have never had an item I have sold fail to arrive at its destination, including those shipped overseas. I once had a product returned to TripleClicks because of an address change, but it was quickly resent to the correct address.

I do know from reading reviews of individual products that sometimes products that are shipped between countries do not arrive in a timely way. It is the ECA's responsibility to monitor delivery of a package and follow up with the buyer to be sure the process was satisfactory. ECAs may be slow to ship, but this is why the buyer's money is held until the product is shipped, so the buyer can receive a prompt refund if they decide it is taking too long.

There are a number of fine digital products available to purchase for people who are concerned that a physical product will not arrive, and many products that are shipped within countries for those concerned about overseas delivery problems.

Shipping failures are usually a function of the postal service in that country, or a bad address given by the buyer. Some people in the TripleClicks database do not give complete addresses, perhaps their packages go to a "general delivery" window at their post office. Those things are outside of TripleClicks AND ECA's control. Even the mighty Amazon.com cannot deliver your package if you do not give them the correct address!
