Reassuring prospective TripleClicks (TC) customers means you have to tell them something positive to dispel any doubts regarding safe and secure shopping. Shopping TC products is safe and secure in these ways:

1. Several payment options available such Paypal, Payoneer MasterCard, major credit cards, debit cards, checks and LocalPay are safe, and thousands of people are using them.

2. SFI, TC and those payment options sites have site security confirmed. They receive SSL certificate

I am a repeat buyer and Tripleclicks satisfied customer. I have bought and reviewed numerous Tripleclicks products.

I have never experienced any issue with payment security, delays in delivery or product quality.

In past few years and very recently, many retailers, both offline and online, have experience security breaches which resulted in stolen customer information.

Over a year ago, in February 2014, there was a cyber attack against SFI/Tripleclicks. The security

One of the things that must be stated is that nothing in this world can be “assured” (except as they say; death and taxes) there are too many variables that can happen to mess things up.

You can however bring peace to your customers by showing them the Icon of GeoTrust at the bottom of almost every page in SFI and TripleClicks. This Icon cannot be purchased you have to earn it. It is a symbol of a company being very trustworthy.

Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that anyone will receive what they ordered. This is as true of TripleClicks as it is of Amazon or eBay. There are always some transactions that do not go through the way they should with any online market.

What you can guarantee, however, is that TripleClicks is an amazingly ethical company and should the potential customers order not be delivered, TC will do everything possible to correct the situation.

This includes refunding

You can reassure people about the security of TripleClicks by explaining that our company has several EXTRA layers of protection in place.

Point out that their emails are validated as genuine when they join. If they use a different device to open their account than the one they last used, they have to get a new authorization code - via their email - before they are allowed access. These are only some of the protections in place, as I am sure they have other procedures to protect your personal,

Purchases from a site that customers are not familiar is a difficult path to follow, convincing them that their purchases will be delivered safely. I would keep a few of these factors in mind and this might make it easy for them to trust the site.

1. I have the total of my reviews to show for. This reinforces their belief in the site as well as reassures the prospective TripleClicks buyer;

2. Take pictures of the products you order and show these to them. This will make them

In order to reassure prospective customers that shopping at TripleClicks is safe and that their purchases will be delivered, I recommend you do the following:

* Tell your customers to click on the ‘Returns & Refunds’ policy button at the page where the product description is displayed. TripleClicks require all ECAs to display their returns and refunds policy with their products.

* Tell them about your own shopping experience with TripleClicks--what you have purchased;

The "safe and secure" part is easier than the "receive delivery" part. I can only give them my experience that TripleClicks has made timely delivery of items I have purchased.

TripleClicks uses an escrow system where the buyer submits their payment to TripleClicks, where it is held until the seller delivers evidence to TripleClicks that the item has been shipped, usually a delivery confirmation code from your mailing service. Then the seller will be paid by TripleClicks
