How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?

There have been a lot of quite technical answers given for this question and that’s all good but does anyone today really stop to check all that stuff? We can give our prospective customers all this information if they ask for it. But if they didn’t ask I wouldn’t bother.

No, what’s more important is OUR OWN EXPERIENCE.

Haven’t we all done this when we have made a purchase somewhere on-line? We show our family and friends the item we have purchased, tell them the website from which we bought it, tell them how cheap it was, and how quickly the item was delivered to us.

I suggest you do this with your prospective SFI customers too - just tell about YOUR experience.

And if you haven’t bought anything from SFI yet may I ask WHY NOT? And may I also ask you, how can you promote or sell something to someone else from SFI if you haven’t tested the process yourself first?

One of the best sales lines you can say to a prospective customer is, “I’ve bought over 40 items from TripleClicks over the past 18 months and I have NEVBER HAD A PROBLEM. It’s a great way to shop - cheap, secure, great service, quick delivery - I’ve been really impressed!”

Then I go on to say, “Let me show you?

“This is something I purchased from the TripleClicks Superstore. Can you see the WAVE3 banner on the back window of my car? It was shipped to me from SFI Headquarters at Lincoln in Nebraska in US. It was shipped within 24 hours and I received it within 10 days.

“And have a look at my new leather wallet (and I would show it to them). This I purchased from one of the E-Commerce Associate Stores (ECA’s) that sell through TripleClicks. The ECA was in India but the product shipped from China. Again the wallet was shipped within 48 hours and I received it within 10 days.

People want re-assurance not legalise. We wouldn’t buy an ice cream from the corner shop unless we knew it was tasty (what we wanted) and wouldn’t make us sick. Shopping on-line is the same. Give them your experience.

This certificate alone has loaded information such as the serial number, mailing address and phone number. Safe and trusted sites are detected by browsers because you type www.tripleclicks.com you get https instead of http and also you see a lock next to the site address to let you know that the website is trustworthy.

The next thing to do when assuring your prospects is by sharing your own personal experience when buying and selling products. You show them every single receipt and the products you have received to prove that you never have been ripped off. When selling products you can put your checks in a scanner to show your earnings and then people will see the real deal.

So in conclusion the evidence for safety is on the website itself.

It is as safe and secure to shop at TripleClicks as it could possibly be and will remain so for the foreseeable future; "until it isn't." We have the best security blanket protecting our TripleClicks website and its customers from cyber attacks and internet thieves. We have no absolutes in an imperfect world. There is also a certain degree of risk when you shop at a psychical store. Think! You have the option of isolating yourself and ceasing from enjoying certain privileges in life; but 'why would you?'

Some people are so set in their ways they'll not make online transactions no matter how convincing you are that it is safe. You probably have a better chance getting through to such people simply by being a customer yourself and letting them know how you've been compensated when something went wrong. Technology can have it occasional mishaps; but we know when these things happen we're always taken care of and the problem is fixed. Why place limitations on yourself; going through life worrying about what could happen?

One individual I know that will not make online transactions emailed me asking me for my email address. I had the most difficult time convincing him that he already had my email address because he emailed me. So you can guess for some it is because of their own ignorance that they do not make online transactions. Maybe this lack of understanding how things work makes them feel more vulnerable online.

TripleClicks has thousands of ECAs all over the world with products shipping from and to different locations worldwide. In such an environment there is no guarantee a product will be delivered. As an ECA myself I can not guarantee delivery on my products that ship worldwide. The best reassurance I can give is what I was told by my drop shipper. They said, it is rare for a product not to reach its destination.

Although my products ship worldwide I have three countries in my Shipping Notes that my products do not ship. A customer from one of these countries did order and I had to refund them. There may be other countries besides these three; but I can not include them until I know differently. When you have products moving around the world there are many variables and a host of things that can go wrong that are know fault of the ECA or TripleClicks. Not all customer expectations can be met all the time. That's reality!

Some of my customers have not given ideal ratings because their product had not yet arrived by the time they gave the review. Most promise to update their review; but unfortunately most seldom do. One customer gave a very poor review because the product had not arrived yet; but continued to order the same product without ever updating the review. You can not always trust customer reviews. Without proper discernment you can not see things as they should be. Tracking is recommended at TripleClicks but not required. I pay the shipping cost and offer free shipping worldwide. There just isn't enough profit margin to include tracking. And it would be unwise to inflate the price of my products to include tracking.

If TripleClicks was able to calculate the shipping costs outside the U.S. then it would be easier to have the customer pay the shipping costs. Were it so I could afford to cover the cost of tracking on behalf of the customer.

Do 'you' personally shop at TripleClicks? If so, which your answer should be yes if you're referring customers to their site, you should have a good knowledge of what you are promoting. So you should be speaking from positive reassuring experience, rather than not really knowing what you're talking about. So my answer would be, that the best way in my opinion and also, in my experience, is to at least try it yourself first! If I Personally was happy with the product/delivery/price…etc, and can say that honestly and positively, then what have you got to lose. Your referred customers will appreciate that, and hopefully come back for more.
