Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that anyone will receive what they ordered. This is as true of TripleClicks as it is of Amazon or eBay. There are always some transactions that do not go through the way they should with any online market.
What you can guarantee, however, is that TripleClicks is an amazingly ethical company and should the potential customers order not be delivered, TC will do everything possible to correct the situation.
This includes refunding their money. I know this for a fact because it happened to me!
You can reassure the potential customer that in most cases, whatever they order will absolutely be delivered to them in a relatively timely manner, depending upon what country they live in and where the product is coming from. This is true for a high percentage of items purchased through TripleClicks.
Occasionally, though, something will not show up. In this case, the correct procedure is to contact the seller first, then if not satisfied with their actions they can put in a ticket to Support.
Support will also contact the seller and will then follow up with the customer. If still unhappy with the outcome, TripleClicks refunds the money.
You can reassure the potential customer that they will be happy with whatever transactions they have with TripleClicks due to their own policies of making sure the customer is always satisfied!
