I would tell to my team members that games are not only fun and learning, but they are also a nice way to progress with our business and our earnings (while we are learning and having fun).
We can use all our winnings to progress, to win auctions, to get CSA members and other benefits.
There are some reasons for playing games:
1. Playing games, every TC bring us 5 MRP and 1 AVP (max of 200 monthly)
2. Playing games we can win nice prices (TCredits, MRP, CSA...)
3. Playing Gold Streak we can win a share of a Zackpot (can be a nice amount, once I won 1600 Tcredits!)
4. Playing Card King we can win a share of Zackpot (if we are in a first 100), and we can win aditional instant bonus prices (CSA, VP,TCredits...)

Currently, SFI has five Eager Zebra games in operation. Each has different features and purposes. So members can have choices to play any one game that bring benefits and satisfactions. Some games offer a few free participation( e.g.Card King, Knockout Trivia) A few require tcredits to participate(e.g. Gold Streak, PTP and Time Machine)
The benefits are both intrinsic and extrinsic.

The intrinsic benefits are the fun, thrill, satisfaction and even disappointment(Loss)that can be felt. Playing the games can develop new skills of speed, intellect, new knowledge and attitude.

The extrinsic benefits are the rewards that being offered or gained after playing the games. As a winner, you will earn versa points, MRPs, CSAs, PSAs, tcredits and score marks to be awarded with cool badges, leaderboard ranking, extra entries for Daily Grand and Daily Crown where applicable.

So team members can take their time off to play the game after reading SFI materials or after doing the daily tasks to relax and at the same time to win the games.

You should not convince your team members that playing Eager Zebra games is beneficial to them. Neither should you want to. This approach is to forward and will turn some off. It is better to provide valuable information. I happen to be one that has no interest in online games. People are either interested in online games or they're not. No amount of convincing can change that. Does that mean I will never play any of these games? No! I will play occasionally.

I come from a big family. Some of them going back decades have been consumed with computer games or gambling at different times while others never have been and never will be. SFI can offer many things in an effort to be all things to all people; but not all people will participate in all things offered. Just be thankful that the Eager Zebra games are available.

Personally I would approach prospective members that I know already have an interest in playing online games. You will likely have better success directing your marketing efforts about playing Eager Zebra games to this group of people. You can inform your team members that they can play Card King twice a day for FREE and T-Time. If they don't play I would not be concerned about it.

Everyone is uniquely different with different likes and dislikes. Why make attempts at upsetting this unique balance? You should never expect others to be just like you. I happen to like answering Ask SC questions; but many have no interest in participating in this no matter the benefits. This is true of anything. If the Eager Zebra games have benefited you personally include updates about it in your weekly Team Mail messages; but don't let it become your all consuming subject. You want your team members to receive a balanced SFI/TC diet.

After the first month of achieving EA, other months becomes an uphill task except one had a standing order. With SO in place more efforts are required to reach team leadership positions and this is where the games come in handy. One can generate almost a thousand vps on the games alone. Being a successful affiliate will make them follow as their role model and are likely to do activities you do to become successful.
Also I believe all your team members are your friends and n your communication with them you can mention how you played and won which might create interest in them. Interest is key factor, if you manage to create interest then you have succeed because they will enquire more information from you or search for more and you will find them playing the games.
