In this case it is of great importance that affiliates from other countries have at least advanced level knowledge in english.
Materials that can be used to train and lead your affiliates to work can be found on Internet very easily.
For an instance,if your affiliate is from Italy you can advise him/her what kind of material he/she could find on Internet data using their mother tongue language when you give him/her instructions tittled on english.
Easy steps could be made when you tried to find yourself videos and training materials on their language up to the point when they all understand,meaning they can work every day by their own.
This step is very important,because when your affiliate get all important tasks done,as you had to at the very beginning,he/she will be able to continue working without any doubts!

To help your affiliates assign them some affiliates from their country or that speak their language as soon as possible.

Be sure to remind them we have a translator.Whenever possible,use the translator yourself when writing to them.

It's honestly no one knows, each of us thinks that the best way or the other, so will give their opinion.
Honestly, the best we can help the person if we communicate in the same language.
If there is no option but for the team, then find the closest language which both speak.
It is in most first barrier to be broken.
When it all gets him, stays with us to make the best possible explain part of the work that each of us must do to reach the desired goal and mandatory recall that everything that she, this person science, also will have to pass and others, must therefore listen carefully.

There are more ways from using the SFI forum on their mother language this is the best way for them to learn about the job from people from their country.
They can make a2a friends and ask them about their experiences in SFI.
Or u can use your Geneaology group maler for the selected affiliates to help them advance in SFI,and the most important of all fill out your Leadership page with all informations about SFI and TripleClicks when they read all that info they will be eligible to advance in SFI.

If You Have The Communication Skill & The "Perseverence" & The "Never-Give-Up" Attitude Is Sufficient To Be A Good, Motivating Leader For The English Speaking Affiliates!

But, STILL, The Best Way Is To Become Atleast a STL, Yourself(!), AND Use SFI's New "PSA Re-alignment" Program Wisely & Effectively (Countrywise or Regionwise!)

That's a very good question from you. To help affiliates in other country either PSAs or CSAs, you have to give them the necessary support to make them advance in sfi. In some country, a dollar is a very huge amount compared to another country as a result of this, some affiliate becomes inactive when they don't have enough to grow there sfi business. Therefore as a sponsor or a co-sponsor you can send them electronic gift card just like my sponsor do every month and this has been helping me.

First try by all means to understand there country of origin.

Doing that you will get to know what language that Affiliates speaks.

Create a forum where you can carry out your training section either
In English or there language by someone who knows how to speak

(There's some great presentations of Team Leaders) If the English language is still a problem, try to find through forums for someone from his country, and ask him to recommend links, blogs or images on his tongue; untill they learn how to communicate via SFI forum.
