I have recently started sending my new affiliates an email in their own language (with the help of Google Translate) letting them know that there is a translate button on SFI which shows the site in their own language. If you check the affiliates profile, it sometimes will say what language, but it will say what country.
Many affiliates in other countries have poor English or no English at all and it would be almost impossible for them to work with poor English skills.

If the ‘other countries’ have similar language and culture to that of your own then there should be little difference in your dealings with them as with your affiliates in your own country.

If however language and/or culture of the ‘other countries’ are different from yours then you have a bit more work to do if you are to help them. There is no one best way of doing this. It’s a combination of actions:
- Develop some understanding of their culture and how this would

The obvious (and probably least helpful) answer is to teach your affiliates everything you know and encourage them to follow exactly the same procedures to succeed--as such, they duplicate your success, and you advance as they do. Beyond that, helping your affiliates advance, regardless of country, is going to be something to consider on a case-by-case basis. While certain things may be applicable in all cases, like offering them some TCredits or gift certificates in return for achieving certain

Fortunately the distance is not a factor. Language might be an obstacle and a challenge but you can use Google translate to help you there (a little more effort but worth it)

Apart from language there is no reason why you can't help them the same way you would help somebody in your own country.

You can provide guidance and support by communicating in your weekly team mail, personal e-mails, chat or whatever methods you have available to you. You can offer rewards and

Jithender;

Others likely have different strategies and I'm looking forward to reading some other thoughts. This is the way I do it.

Firstly I should say that for the past few months I have had a standing order to buy 50 PSA from proprofit the ECA here at Tripleclicks. http://www.tripleclicks.com/detail?item=408585 This has given me a well-stocked genealogy to draw from.

From these PSA, I watch for the most promising ones and besides my own sponsoring help, I submit

This is a good question, you need to understand from the onset that SFI is an online business, an Internet related business that knows no bound or restriction. One of the advantages of online business is that, it is easy and fast to get to anybody living anywhere on planet earth. The internet features like email, social networking sites and things like that removes boundaries and even language barriers. There are browsers now that converts another language to yours.

Haven said that, helping

SFI is a global institution and therefore the sponsor is more than likely to come across affiliates from different countries. This should not cause the sponsor great concern but rather offer one a chance to reach out to those outside one’s niche. Most of the communication between sponsor and affiliate is done online and therefore the only problem I can imagine that you maybe thinking of could be language or culture. Fortunately, there are now many translation tools at our disposal. The sponsor

You can still help your overseas downline the way you'd assist your English-speaking affiliates. Luckily, SFI has the Google Translator function that you can use on the fly.

Utilize your Genealogy page to the fullest to get great results. See who's doing their best among the many countries from which your team resides. Send them an E-card of encouragement in their native language. Your affiliates will certainly advance with a few endearing words, no matter their mother tongue.

Comunicate with them the same way you comunicate with affiliates in your own land. Translate for them the Informations in their Land Language. Conect them with successful SFI Team Leaders in their Land. Direct them to Forum where their Language is spoken. Inform them of the products sold by Tripleclicks in their Land. Be their best friend, adviser and Mentor. Guid them in every way posible. Never give up with them. I hope this will work for all of us!

I suggest helping all your affiliates in the same general way.

If you have affiliates with language differences, use the translators on SFI pages to help.

Always let them know you are available to help any way you can.

If need be, try to reassign struggling new affiliates to someone in your downline from their country. You will still benefit from their activities, and the reassignment may be just what they needed, so they can get help they can better understand.
