It is my strong belief that the best way you can teach your downline how to build their downline
is to lead by example. If the example is great and effective, you can bet your bottom dollar it will
be like a snapshot in their minds.
Effective duplication is a sweet fragrance it leaves your downline happy and feeling fulfilled, having the knowledge and the power of motivation and automation
(which is the creative power to build, full of life and motion).

Play your roll, be available when needed, supportive, recognise for good work etc..,
Turn up the praise, encourage, provide guidance when necessary.
Duplication is sealed. Process is complete.

Permit me to refer you to SFI Success Rule 3. It says “Lead by Example.” That means if you want the affiliates in your downline to sponsor affiliates, then make sure you are doing so yourself. You must be able to sponsor affiliates and become proficient in it before you can show and teach your affiliates the best ways to do so. You must realize that in the key area of duplication, your affiliates are definitely watching! Show them what it means to be a strong, active sponsor and they too will become strong, active sponsors and help you further your growth and profits. Whatever you want your affiliates to do, you must habitually do it also, because they are following your lead.

Encouraging your downline affiliates to do what you are doing is the best way to teach them how to build their downline. That means, if you are unable to build your downline yourself, you can not possibly teach anyone how to build their own downline.

Lead by example i believe it is rule no. 4 in Rules of Success. Teach them that patience is a virtue because there are times the downlines don't log in and it can frustrate a new downline. Leave it for a few days and check back to see if anyone has logged on. If that doesn't help sponsor a competition for their downlines to see who will take up the challenge. Use your Leadership page to do so. You can also
suggest to them in their next standing order to invest in Psas or Csas to increase the pool of workers. Gambling on one egg in the basket is not a good idea get more! Lastly, you can have them invite friends and family, work partners to sign up they will earn monies for each person signed up! They must then encourage them to keep going and not to quit no matter what!

This is a great question.

SFI has prepared all tools that an affilate needs to progress ahead.

Understanding our downline is our duty as a Team Leader. Why?
Because we will better learn about them through their Goals Setting records, history experience, future aims and their capabilities..

1) If you discover they already have some knowledge in promoting ads or internet marketing, then sharing with them tips on more advance method is a boost..

2) But if we discover our downline has got no experience at all, then should point them to set an SBuilder standing order every month and practice investing in their own business. This will helps maintain their monthly ranks and above.

So what is with SBuilder?
With SBuilder, we will get signups shares from SFI Marketing Group.

From there, our downline will be point out to follow the 'How to be an awesome sponsors' by sending a Welcome ECard or EMail creating a two way communications with their downlines..
Now they are actually practicing Duplications teaching their downlines ways to success with SFI.

This should be another best option to teach our downline to build their new downline.

A strong and solid foundation is critical in building a house, a structure, a business.

From the start, show them the way by leading. Explain how you built your business from scratch, how you learned by reading, reviewing, understanding, and applying the principles of SFI Basics.

Teach them how the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Basic Plan works that starts with collecting 1500 BP to become EA and how you maintained your EA rank every month by investing in Standing Order.

Teach them how to recruit at least 5 people using the marketing/sponsoring methods recommended by SFI, or through paid or free ads.

Teach them how to become awesome sponsor so that they can in turn teach the 5 people they have sponsored to do exactly what they’ve done. This will result in duplicating your actions.

Teach them how to nurture, motivate, encourage, support and provide guidance to their own downlines so that they, too, will develop the same qualities and inner strength.

There is no proven method to grow your downline, unless you want to purchase PSAs from any number of ECAs here at tripleclicks, or win them in auctions. Even by doing this, there is still no guarantee that these PSAs will become active members when you receive them.

You can give your team members suggestions on how to go about recruiting people in the same manner as yourself, but what works for you may not work for them. Depending on their confidence level in recruiting face to face, or their skills in online advertising if recruiting in this way.

I would definitely say that if you have a great way that has lead to some good recruiting for you, share this idea with your downline. You can always ask your immediate sponsor, co-sponsor and other upline members for suggestions on how they have been able to grow their downlines successfully.

You ask for the best way but I suggest there is only really one way to teach your downline and that is by your example.

There are many things you have to teach your downline people. This starts with the very basic knowledge like how to perform the daily actions and running through to the more complex topics like setting up team co-ops and hosted gateways.

The one subject you never actually have to broach though is how to develop a downline - because everything you are doing is describing it perfectly.

The duplication of the downline building is just natural because your example of it is continuous.

Any other way to teach your downline how to build their downlines, would be like saying 'do as I'm saying and not as I'm actually doing'. That approach has never worked and it never will either.
