If this is just a one off occasion, I would suggest that you work on your Daily, Weekly, Monthly ‘to-do-lists.’ Get those done and collect the VPs. Those are valuable ACTION VPs. Collect them and maintain your VP Streak. A long VP Streak can be quite impressive and it certainly helps you when you are urging your team to log in daily. You are leading by example.
You should manage to do your lists within the hour.
Next, look for your team members messages and answer or at least acknowledge them. If you cannot attend to their requests straight away, just send them a short message stating when you will come back to them about their requests. Make sure you do follow up with them as you stated.
The third thing I would then attend to would be posting an advertisement. It doesn’t have to be part of an advertising campaign. Pop a short ad on FaceBook, Twitter or other social media sites. Collecting VPs via the ‘to-do-lists’ in my opinion is largely a maintenance activity, posting an ad however is a forward moving activity. Its an activity that is solely to enable business growth.
If you are unable to spend more than an hour daily on your SFI business for a sustained period of time, then I would suggest that you keep the same pattern as per above : ‘To-do-Lists’, Team messages, but Advertising may have to be set aside every now and then for other activities. These would have to be planned for well in advance. You can set out a schedule for the third activity of the hour eg, Ad posting, Bidding at the Pricebender Auctions, Reviewing your Standing Order etc...
Because of your limited time, don’t be distracted by other matters. Simply stay focused on what you need to achieve within the hour and go for it.
