You should continue pursuing inactive PSA's & CSA's for as long as it takes. Firstly you will receive 30 VP's for sending them mail once a week and the another is that you never know when they will become active. Some may take weeks or months before they actually decide to start working their SFI business. I have had a few that just signed up and never bothered doing any task's at all. Then suddenly they started working. And when they become active again be there for them and help them to move forward.
So I definitely think it is worth pursuing your inactive down-line by sending them motivational mail & E-cards every week.

The word "pursue" makes me think of a high energy mad chase. This I do not advise at all. You need to devote your energy to those who are active.

As for giving up on your inactive PSAs or CSAs, I advise never giving up on them for as long as they are members at SFI.

Never giving up on them doesn't mean you have to chase after them night and day, though.

If your initial efforts at getting your PSAs and CSAs active do not yield any results, you shouldn't feel bad about sending a group team mail to them only once a week. While this takes minimal effort (allowing you plenty of time over to concentrate on your movers), you're at least not giving up on them.

In my book a sponsor should not give up on any of your team. Active or inactive they should be kept in the loop.
I always include my team members in all of my messages and there have been times when I have sent inactive ones E- Cards down to the last few days when they are about to come to the end of the time when they are no longer affiliates.
As a team leader you have to do what ever it takes to keep your team going. There is always that chance that something you say or write that will bring someone back to being an active affiliate once again.
Never give up and never give up on your team.

NEVER GIVE UP! I know it can be quite frustrating to a downline seemingly filled with inactive affiliates but again I repeat ... NEVER GIVE UP!

Now, let me share why I say this.

Even though these "inactive" team members are not responding to your e-mails or logging into their site it does not mean that they do not receive your communications. A while back I did a little experiment ... and I started sending team mails asking questions of my team. I would share a story or ask about their story. I was impressed that I actually received responses! Then when I searched through my genealogy for the people who responded I learned that most of the time they were not active affiliates ... and yet they not only received my e-mail but too the time (and action) of answering my query. To me that spelled out HOPE.

I receive e-mails regularly from businesses or people that I read religiously ... and yet I have never responded to even one e-mail that I have received. I really appreciate ... even look forward to the e-mails coming. Some of them give me marketing strategies or tips, others are inspirational and help me to keep my focus ... you get the point. At some point I may decide to become affiliated in one way or another ... or I may not ... but if they give up on me ... then I will NEVER become affiliated because I will consider that the opportunity has passed me by.

I hope my perspective has helped you in some small way.

The answer is Never. Here are a few scenarios:

1. Man reads about SFI, signs up, is very excited about this prospect. Wife comes home from her doctor visit and tells him she was just diagnosed with breast cancer. SFI priority level drops to the bottom.

2. Dad signs up, all is going great, got a few VPs, then new baby is arriving. Dad takes parental leave - does he work SFI, No. He cleans house, feeds the 3 other children, etc. etc. SFI priority level drops to bottom.

3. Young Mom at home with little toddler. Signs up, finds she doesn't have the time - asks herself why did I sign up now, perhaps I'll get back to it when Johnny goes to pre-school. Do you think she will remember the name of the Company she signed up with. You must keep SFI fresh in her mind.

4. Those who click on anything just for the sake of clicking on anything. These will probably never do a thing in SFI.

However, you are looking for the gold nuggets. Perhaps someone in the first 3 scenarios will be your high achiever.

Send them the team mail each week as usual. If they are going to become active, they will become active. Just keep on being an awesome sponsor.

That would depend on the affiliate's situation.

You have those in your downline who may have fallen on hard times. They can barely make ends meet and don't have time to log in, or they've been inflicted with some type of illness or ailment. Contact them anyway and they'll explain to you their reasons for being inactive. Things sometimes happen beyond our control. Just remember, this too shall pass.

On the other hand, you have affiliates who just drop off the face of the earth after signing up and scoring whatever number of VP they get. Still continue to contact them anyway...maybe a couple of times a week. If they don't respond, then the heck with 'em (excuse my bluntness). Keep working with the workers, the ones who want to be successful.

You should pursue your PSAs/ CSAs until they either refuse to hear from you or their account has been cancelled.

In this business at SFI, it is glorious opportunities of uncertainties.

Your PSA or CSA who has not logged in for months, can show up on your "Movers Tab" and become active.

I have that experience as a leader of my team.

Each time that you make contact with them, have a positive expectation and never give up on them.

Well really the answer to this question is to NEVER give up on your PSA's and CSA's until they give up on SFI and leave of their own valition.

You may see no action from affiliates simply becaise although they joined with the purpose of making a good income and building a successful SFI business, the time may not be right.

Other things come into play such as challenges in their own life which may mean they put it on the backburner for a while until the circumstances are right for them to try again.

So always continue to keep in touch with them and send them encouragement and inform them of ways they can build and earn with SFI.

You never know what jewels are resting in your downline that may suddenly begin to shine and then they will either ask for your assistance or show by their actions that you need to assist them.

NEVER give up on them until they give up on SFI.

For your information, SFI business is based on Network marketing.
And indeed, Network Marketing is based on building lasting relationships and trusts.

So, if you want to build relationships that will last and lead to being trusted by your team members, you need to be tireless. Therefore I do humbly suggest that you pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs for as long as you can do. Don't be tired of following up with them.

Indeed, if you desire to be a good leader of these members in your team, don't even think of giving up on inactive PSAs/CSAs at all.
You see, learning curves differ from person to person. In life, there are early starters and late starters. And sometimes a late starter can overtake an early starter. So, never mind, you will succeed with them at last.

Let me tell you my story, and you will see why I say that.

I signed up, got started, then was largely inactive for some time due to some medical issues. My sponsor left SFI, and I got passed up the line. My new sponsor never even said hello.

After my illness I couldn't go back to my old career, so I started working from home. One day I saw an IAHBE badge on someone's site. When I investigated it, I discovered it was an SFI product (sadly now discontinued), and remembered that I had registered with SFI several months earlier. I logged on, took a closer look at the IAHBE product, set up a standing order, and used the knowledge I gained there to build another online business.

I didn't take SFI seriously as an opportunity in it's own right at that point, partly because I didn't understand the potential, and partly because nobody was contacting me, or doing anything to encourage me.

When I got an email from SFI corporate telling me the IAHBE package was being discontinued, I logged on, intending to just cancel the standing order, but I had some time to kill, so out of curiosity I decided to dig around and see what else SFI had to offer.

The light went on.

Because my sponsor was not paying attention (even though I had a 1500 VP standing order), I almost walked away.

You never know when things will change.
