How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?

You should continue pursuing inactive PSA's & CSA's for as long as it takes. Firstly you will receive 30 VP's for sending them mail once a week and the another is that you never know when they will become active. Some may take weeks or months before they actually decide to start working their SFI business. I have had a few that just signed up and never bothered doing any task's at all. The word "pursue" makes me think of a high energy mad chase. This I do not advise at all. You need to devote your energy to those who are active.

As for giving up on your inactive PSAs or CSAs, I advise never giving up on them for as long as they are members at SFI.

Never giving up on them doesn't mean you have to chase after them night and day, though.

If your initial efforts at getting your PSAs and CSAs active do not yield any results, you shouldn't feel

In my book a sponsor should not give up on any of your team. Active or inactive they should be kept in the loop.
I always include my team members in all of my messages and there have been times when I have sent inactive ones E- Cards down to the last few days when they are about to come to the end of the time when they are no longer affiliates.
As a team leader you have to do what ever it takes to keep your team going. There is always that chance that something you say or write

NEVER GIVE UP! I know it can be quite frustrating to a downline seemingly filled with inactive affiliates but again I repeat ... NEVER GIVE UP!

The answer is Never. Here are a few scenarios:

1. Man reads about SFI, signs up, is very excited about this prospect. Wife comes home from her doctor visit and tells him she was just diagnosed with breast cancer. SFI priority level drops to the bottom.

2. Dad signs up, all is going great, got a few VPs, then new baby is arriving. Dad takes parental leave - does he work SFI, No. He cleans house, feeds the 3 other children, etc. etc. SFI priority level drops to bottom.

That would depend on the affiliate's situation.

You have those in your downline who may have fallen on hard times. They can barely make ends meet and don't have time to log in, or they've been inflicted with some type of illness or ailment. Contact them anyway and they'll explain to you their reasons for being inactive. Things sometimes happen beyond our control. Just remember, this too shall pass.

You should pursue your PSAs/ CSAs until they either refuse to hear from you or their account has been cancelled.

In this business at SFI, it is glorious opportunities of uncertainties.

Your PSA or CSA who has not logged in for months, can show up on your "Movers Tab" and become active.

I have that experience as a leader of my team.

Each time that you make contact with them, have a positive expectation and never give up on them.

Well really the answer to this question is to NEVER give up on your PSA's and CSA's until they give up on SFI and leave of their own valition.

You may see no action from affiliates simply becaise although they joined with the purpose of making a good income and building a successful SFI business, the time may not be right.

Other things come into play such as challenges in their own life which may mean they put it on the backburner for a while until the circumstances are right

For your information, SFI business is based on Network marketing.
And indeed, Network Marketing is based on building lasting relationships and trusts.

Let me tell you my story, and you will see why I say that.

I signed up, got started, then was largely inactive for some time due to some medical issues. My sponsor left SFI, and I got passed up the line. My new sponsor never even said hello.
