You need not convince your PSAs to set up their Standing Order. The most that you can do is to send them mails telling them:
1. the advantages/benefits of having a Standing Order, that is,
a. you can easily qualify/re-qualify as EA/EA2 when your SO has a 1,500vp,
b. you will have CSAs when you qualify as EA for the first time and additional two (2) CSAs when you re-qualify or become EA2;
c. you will have free 10 T-credits the following month after becoming EA2;
d. if you are EA2, you can have vp matching on your EA2 also;
e. you can concentrate on building up your team;
2. that you, yourself, had set up your own Standing Order by referring them to your badges;
Finally, we should put this in our minds that as sponsors/co-sponsors/upline TL, we are here to guide, lead, assist, and share our knowledge to our respective downlines.
