I don't think we need to convince any psa to set up a standing order since standing orders are integral to being successful in sfi, otherwise, if the psa is new, then, he need to be enlightened on the benefits of setting up a standing order.
The following could be considered
1.Be an example to your psa. When you set up a standing order yourself , the tendency
for your psa is also high. The SO badge that is given to you stands as testimony.
2. Tell the psa that setting up a standing order of at least 1500 VP guarantees their EA rank automatically with a gift 2 CSAs and a bonus 100 VP
3. Maintaining EA status monthly ensures that psas earn in 6 ways rather two ways that affiliates earn.
4.It will be helpful to also enlighten the psa that setting up a standing order is a sure means of moving towards team leadership, it will be impossible to achieving Team Leadership with a standing order
