I include a reminder of submitting the sponsor rating in the first team mail message of the month and include thanks for the same in the second one. I explain them that it is the way I can know how well I am responsible towards my affiliates and also an easy way to earn 10VPs for them. I ask them to do so as it helps in judging myself and also if there is any chance of improvement in my attitude towards them.
