In my 20 years of network marketing experience,I have always seen that prizes and cotests always motivated and inspired people to do more and achieve something better and greater.However to make a prize contest successful,we must be careful about its some vital points-
A) we must set it up in a manner that all the members can participate in it from the beginning.
B)No differentiation should be made among the members and all should have the equal opportunity to achieve the prize.
C)Prizes and recognition should be given as early as possible after the end of the contest.If we delay in the prize distribution,it loses its real attraction and inspiration.In fact, prizes delayed,prizes denied.
D)One caution,Prize Contest should not be known before hand otherwise it may halt the normal growth of your business for some time in the expectation of the coming contest.
