Here is what I do and I think it works.
1.Building a friendship with the Team and improving the relationship every day. We’re living in Industrial Era and we can always be online and see face to face online the person. Here Trust is the word.
2.Listen to Team member’s stories. It can be joy, sadness, family life, daily matters, anything at all and you should be by your team member side. Here I can say Communication is the key to successful team work.

The first and foremost thing required to work as a team is COMMUNICATION. Communicate with your team members (upline and downline both) so well that there is no chance of any confusion and the things get easy. Be friendly with all team members.

Not everybody is having same ability and interest. Group your team. Affiliates who answer your emails and show more interest, have no language difficulties and can understand you quickly, put them into your first priority group. Then:
1. Pay special attention to them.
2. Offer them Gift Certificates, TCredits, Re-assignments and anything motivating & encouraging them.
3. Communicate with them regularly. Be available whenever they need you.

Be responsive. Cultivate the sense of responsibility within.

This is a great question to increase each one's knowledge, one way of sharing what to do.

1. As a Team, It needs cooperation, understanding, moral support, lifting up one another.

2. Treat everyone as your brothers and sisters, as if you belong to a one big family.

The best way to inspire a TEAM needs the fundamentals of management. For developing a TEAM sPIRIT, you must co-ordinate your all members in all that activities you do.
Communication is the first thing. Regular contact develops a sense of faithfulness and friendliness and then of being one.
Easy availability of yours as and when required makes the feeling strong.
Lastly rewarding them and asking them to do the same i.e. Lead by your example will surely inspire a sense of TEAM Participation.

To inspire a team you must be a good leader, everyone is always looking for someone to go to ... to make them feel better or to calm the frustrations when they come about...this has to be you!

Help your downline, set up contests, send re-assigments, acknowledge their achievements and share them with others, Stream Talk is a great way to show your downline that people ARE succeeding and that they can do the same!
