First of all, i think you need to be a team player yourself. Ask questions of your own team leaders and let them know how you're doing. Then seek out those who are working hard and give them some encouragement. Offer your assistance to anyone who seems to be having a rough time understanding things. Be a mentor, a sponsor, a team builder. That means building them up by encouraging them and giving them good incentives. Have contests, make it fun and enjoy yourself and you'll see your team members doing more.
